I'm actually not as worried this time around with a new OC, as I believe that this is Jalen's offense and they have an identity.  It will be easier for someone to just take the reigns & keep the same formula going close to what we saw at end of year. In house hire in this case sounds right. Sirianni also has influence here and finally figured this out.

That's what I was thinking. What does NO have on their roster to attract a coach? Nothing. And in cap hell on top of it. Poorly run franchise these days. The eagles will be outstanding again next year. Maybe wait for a better job like the Bills Coordinator did.

Problem is you may never know when that next opportunity is coming. Or if. So I get it if he goes. But it definitely should be a huge consideration.

How is it once in a lifetime? They are going to be outstanding next year again. He'll have plenty more offers. Probably better ones then that tire fire with no cap room.
