Try harder with jokes

That was elementary level crap.

Obviously correct. 😂

Jason Kelce isn't petty, he's awesome. I bet he wants badly to congratulate the Eagles but he doesn't wanna disrespect his brother and he doesn't want Swifties to have a revolt. He's probably biting the bullet and falling on the sword for his brother.

Just heard a fun stat.

Mahomes had 23 total yards in the first half.

The Eagles had 24 total points in the first half.

lol

Just watching it now on our TV - the Chiefs body language was horrific on the bench. Far too many players just sat there looking unfussed by the whole thing.

Team Jordan sticks together. All 3 Jordan Brand athletes, led by the man himself.

People dragged Josh Harris for the Sixers not congratulating the Eagles after the NFC Championship Game but still nothing but silence from Jason Kelce after the Super Bowl.

Really?   They are touting that as a '3 TD' game for Mahomes?   Why not make it 4 and give him credit for the one he threw to DeJean?!

Stat MaPadder had a horrific game.  The game was over at 27-0, let alone 34-0.    The highlights start with less than 18 minutes left to be played!    That last TD he had against our backups while literally everyone was more focused on the sideline celebration and not the events on the field was a really big play by Stat.  I'm pretty sure that pass actually came AFTER the Gatorade bath.  :nonono:.  Bad PR by the NFL on that one.   Impressive they managed to make the highlight reel last over 2.5 minutes.   That was a stretch, of course, I think a couple of those plays were actually called back for penalties.  AND after further investigation, the 3rd down pass to Kelce on one TD drive was an illegal forward pass.  He was past the LOS.   I thought he still had a foot behind the line, he did not.

He himself even said at the Super Bowl media night he has only talked to Fangio a handful of times throughout the season. That's a major red flag if a player isn't forcing the conversation of "what do I need to improve to get on the field?".

Apparently, he's only talking to the payroll department.  :nonono:

Kelce tried on that pod and those idiots blasted him so they took the post down

So happy for Stout and Vic. They dedicated their lives to coaching and it finally paid off for them last night.

Narrative should be

Why can't you get it done Lamar, Joe, and Josh?

The slander is over

I'm growing tired of the "they just didn't show up" theory for the Chiefs.  They showed up. They just got their ass kicked for 4 quarters.

If they are saying that, then  "they hate us because they ain't us."

Lot of people in denial today. Like usual, I'm just gonna trust my eyes. This is Superbowl #1 of a very likely dynasty we are witnessing. And twice in 8 years. Nice to be on this side finally.

Inquirer could have done better than that

The previous SB cover was so much better

Bad teammates.   You'd think that one of his teammates would have congratulated him via text first.   :nonono:

Anyone dragging Jason Kelce needs to touch grass. He's an Eagles legend and his brother just got humiliated in front of 100 million people. He's not going to spike the ball.

Yep.  Carter had his hands up because he was fighting that off.  And there was no linger or grab by Carter.  So the ref shrugged that one off. I suspect Mahommes really blew it by admitting to flopping and now the refs are going to doubt some of his reactions on being hit.

Do you often linger or grab when you punch a guy in the face?   .    I don't know how intentional it was by Carter... but in the previous game he gave a pretty good open handed slap to Biadacz too, plus another slap around his face on a snap.   So, I'm not sure how incidental that contact was.   They could have called the hold, but at the same time, I think Carter saw an opportunity and took it.

True, lol, my wording wasn't great. First for Vic, but I made it seem like it was Stout's first too. My bad.

He's tiptoeing an awkward situation. Wants to be loyal to his family, but has great bonds with his ex-team mates and team close to his heart. Adding in the uber famous girlfriend and her OTT fan base, not something that a handbook can prepare you for.

I know the Inquirer does reprints for like $30 if anyone else out of area is looking for one

Is there any way to get an actual inquirer paper, not just the reprint?
