Is there any way to get an actual inquirer paper, not just the reprint?

Not sure, would probably have to do something like Ebay for that if you don't have someone in the area. And then who knows if it's authentic and not just a reprint.

I can't tell the difference. When I got the 2017 reprint it's the entire paper they send you, not just the cover.

Some of the nerds (IT) I work with called it a "virtual blowout".

No dude, nothing virtual about it.

I would have called out their fake football fandom.

34-0 is a blowout.  In the Super Bowl, its a massive beat down like very few have ever been.  23 net yards of offense in the first half.   That's as one sided a beat down as I can remember.  While the late scores made it only an 18 point beat down, that game was never in doubt, and the Eagles, literally, called off the Dawgs.

It says a whole lot more negatively if they indeed did not show up.  Bad ju-ju that one.

Watching the game back, the Eagles had such a youthful energy vibrancy about them. They were having fun- players and coaches.  The Chiefs look like a soulless large MNC going through the motions expecting things to just work.  They lost the vibe that made them what they were

Anyone dragging Jason Kelce needs to touch grass. He's an Eagles legend and his brother just got humiliated in front of 100 million people. He's not going to spike the ball.

Yeah, pretty sad this even needs to be said. You can almost tell which fans have either never had close family, or just don't understand the proper way to treat close family members, especially in a public setting.

Throw Lamar or Allen on our team and we’re still winning the Super Bowl, probably even easier.

Hurts is a good player but he’s not a Brady, Manning, or Rodgers who were literally always Super Bowl contenders in their prime even with average to below average rosters.

Imagine how many titles McNabb could have had with this roster. Let’s say from 2001-2005 he had TO, Ochocinco, and Ladanian Tomlinson on his team. That’s what Hurts has now.

And before anyone gets butt hurt, I’m not trying to use this to diminish Hurts, just stating facts.

Maybe. The problem with the what if game is that other factors are not taken into account. We are only looking at talent and nothing else.

Can Allen, Mahomes, or Lamar handle the criticism that comes with being QB1 in Philly?

Lamar is a possibility only because Baltimore can be a bit harsh. Allen and Mahomes play in cushy towns that worship them regardless of their performance. Hurts is constantly discounted and scorned so publicly and blatantly that Nike made a commercial for him. While some of that was absolutely deserved there is no way these other guys would have been able to handle that.

They would have wilted under the Philly spotlight.

1 more year !!! 1 more year!!!  Let's hear those cheers on Friday!

I want Graham to do whatever he wants.

But if that was his last game, you couldn't ask for a better send off. This year has been cinema like for him going from retirement tour, to injury, to the the AJ/Jalen stuff to coming back early to play and win the SB without damage. It would almost be impossible to top all that.

I know his story will be familiar to you guys but thought it cool Mailata is getting coverage in our media.

Hopefully the link works.

This is one of the best morning sports show episodes you’re ever going to see. Sit through the whole 24 minutes, it just gets better and better

Not McNabb. He wasn't good with pressure, that's Hurt's strong point, unflappable.

Remember when McNabb blew the 1Q in the SB?

And I'm not sold on Lamar or Allen for the same reason. A lot of QB is mental.

What? Will Levis would probably make the playoffs with this roster. It’s that good.

This is literally a dream team roster

They sent me the entire newspaper from 2017 IIRC. I just wanted the cover to frame

Ju-ju was there too.  He just didn't do anything.

I would like to express that these are IT nerds (such as myself) who I'm not 100% sure realized there was a game this Sunday.

I'm guessing they were trying and looked up the score prior to their status meeting with me. I've done the same with the offshore teams in the past. "Oh, I saw you guys beat Pakistan in cricket.  That's neat".

One of the Eagles beat writers checked NFCE message boards to see the reaction to the Eagles win last night.  This one from your team’s boards made me laugh:

• If jerry doesnt die anytime soon eagles will get 6 rings before dallas. (Cowboys)

Well, he ain't lying...Eagles are in a position right now to put a couple more together for sure.

I just looked on Amazon and there's almost $1k waiting to be paid out, so between now and April (when the bills come due), we should be good to go or VERY close.

Just keep in mind if the board needs money, we’re willing to help. If a couple guys want to hold down @Joe Ball, I’ll grab his wallet.

Oh, there was something about the SB yesterday that caught my attention more than any other SB (I remember, being the key phrase here) watching...the way the Eagles fans represented. I don't know if they just bought more tickets (I suspect they did) or were just louder than Chiefs fans (I am sure they were), it was clear though, they owned that venue last night, it had to be like a home game for the team. I can't recall a SB where it was so one sided like that.

While yeah we’re loaded, and Hurts didn’t have to be Superman… The second Washington game when Hurts was out and they sold out to stop Saquon… Pickett got humiliated. you still need a QB with a pulse to win in the nfl, no matter how much talent you have around him. It’s too important a position.

We’re forgetting how close some of these games were. Levis loses to GB week 1, Baltimore, maybe Pittsburgh, Washington #1, Rams are tough to forecast because how much of Saquon breaking big ones was them fearing Jalen’s legs? If they can squeeze the box with a less mobile QB, it’s a different game. We lose to the Saints for sure, probably Browns as well. Levis is not good.

suddenly 14-3 is a 9-8 or an 8-9 and we’re out of the playoffs. Seattle missed the playoffs at 10-7

I'll gladly donate...y'all just don't ban me, it's too much fun here.

Maybe it's recency bias, but I feel like in the past super bowl crowds sucked but we are seeing more and more fan engagement from the teams playing.

But yeah, hearing Mahomes getting boo'd in the Super Bowl was

Expect futures contracts announcement this week.

Still hasn’t quite set in yet. We witnessed one of the greatest seasons in NFL history this year. Saquon, the dominant D, those 5 mammoths destroying opposing defenses, the best WR tandem in the game, and…OUR QB, outplaying the heir to the GOAT throne not once, but twice. I’ve been as critical of Jalen as anyone this year and I’ve never been happier to slap some A1 Steak Sauce on a big plate of crow. When it REALLY mattered, this guy dug deep and put on a master class in the playoffs. He kept the main thing the main thing, all the way to a ring. I won’t be coming down off this high for a long while.
