This team would smoke the Chiefs in a series. For the Chiefs to win they would have had to steal one game. 

I don't disagree.  But, it was magical... and this city desperately needed it.

 

This team was the most talented team on the field.  The Chiefs were overexposed, and unlike the AFC teams, the Eagles didn't buy into their mystique.  They felt like they were cheated out of the win 2 years ago by the field conditions and a weak call at the end of the game.   They came into this game to prove that they were the better team.   They didn't go out there to win the game.  They went out there to prove a point.

He hit him square in the face.  His hand then slipped off to the side where we see it in this still.
