It's been 36 hours.  They really did slay the Dragon in front of 126 Million People.   Even in a Blowout people couldn't turn away because of the sheer dominance of this Eagles team making Patrick look mortal in the playoffs.  SUPER BOWL PARADE ON VALENTINE'S DAY.  Spread the Love.

This win all but confirms that the nfl gave the chiefs a helping hand all season. No way a 15-2 teams get this bad overnight. They looked really pedestrian all year on offense but nothing like this.

I want to keep him but thats a deal you only give to Carter

That's going to be a STEAL for Carter when he's due.

No, it wasn't. We have the benefit of an above head camera view. When you watch the video you can see Carson Wentz engaged in multiple handshakes when Hurts is talking to Mahomes. Wentz turns to talk to another guy and walks in that direction which was away from Hurts. It's a madhouse on the field after the Super Bowl.

People are trying way too hard to hate the guy.

This is the rare situation of "no one was wrong”. He wanted Alim McNeill.

This video proof is why I don't think Howie will let Milton Williams walk. I don't think his ego will let him. He was right on draft day and Williams is his guy.

Nick Wrong's co-workers roasted him badly yesterday, lol.  Made him go through with his Chiefs 3 Peat Celebration he had planned including dropping balloons, lol..

He actually is bothered by their roast though to his credit he does hold it together.

Whats the LB franchise tag?

Impacts the Williams decision.

Maybe that helps the Eagles if they plan on keeping him too. Other teams might see the Eagles success at building through the draft and not want to overpay for DT this year. Howie could also look to bring Williams back AND draft a DT. He could make the contract very trade friendly on the back end and when the rookie is ready to start, move Williams after a few years.

Would hate to lose Williams but wont be able to keep everyone. Ojomo might be next man up

They mattered until he won the Super bowl.

It will still matter to certain teammates when HOF potential careers are less impressive statistically, and it affects their chances.

It will still matter to coaches who get a bad wrap because if the way he plays.

And if he continues playing like he did most of the year,  it may still cost us wins,  and seeding. He won't have Barkley, and a #1 defense forever. Who carried him through most games this season.

But,  at least we know it is possible to win the Super Bowl with him when he decides to elevate his game. I didn't think he would ever be able to get back to that level of play,  and he did it.

It must be awful, being as miserable as you.

It’s a weird situation. We are probably losing Williams but it’s because we have Carter. If we drafted McNeil instead we probably don’t have Jordan Davis.

True… but this branch of the multiverse worked out fine. Go birds!

I can’t remember the last time the tag was used here, bad vibes.

Americas Game: The 2024 Philadelphia Eagles

Bradley Cooper for Narrator?

What 3 or 4 Eagles would you have as the PoV players?

Hurts, Barkley, Lane, Graham. If we can get one more in, Baun.

Thank you! Unfortunately I saw your post too late and they are sold out.

I went ahead and ordered the 1 pager and will frame it for my son.

That was as close as HE can come to putting his hand in the air and saying "I was wrong".

So thinking of driving in to Philly, mom still lives off of Rittenhouse square so park over by her....then have the Mrs. and oldest daughter walk down to the Parkway/Art Museum.  Did anyone go to the first parade and have any recommendations on logistics?  Like when should you get there, easiest way to access/view?  I mean I could go to just like Broad and Pine and watch them go by but that seems lame.  And then I was kind of thinking, there used to be parking along the East River Drive, do you work your way back towards the Art Museum on the drive and park there and then walk down?

Edited lol, sorry..showing my age, Kelly Drive!  But go up 76 to Girard, cut across and come back down was what I was thinking..

One thing that I don't think I've seen mentioned anywhere by anyone...   Barkley may not have been the factor we thought in the ground game, but his impact in the passing game cannot be overstated.   His blitz pickups against Spags' blitz looks made everything possible.  I don't think I saw a missed assignment from him, he wasn't beaten on a pass rush.    Just a great game by Barkley.

Yeah, Saquon was great in pass protection throughout the playoffs.

This isn't Landon's first rodeo with adult beverage.   Something tells me he's a seasoned vet.

It takes about a half hour to walk from Rittenhouse to the Art Museum.  You could walk up 20th/21st/22nd from there or go over to the River Walk for a nicer view of the city.

I wouldn't consider driving to get close.  They cut off most of the area streets for Parkway events.
