Ahh too bad.  Safe travels my friend.

If the parade were to be today or tomorrow I’d have potentially extended our trip. But we need to get back for the girls and for the puppy 😊.

When should I target getting to the Art Museum area in between Stupid Early and Too F'ing Late?

The press conference for the parade is due at 11AM this morning.   If they are aiming for 11AM start, I'd say that you might want to aim for around 9AM arrival at the latest.  But that's just a guess.

One thing that I don't think I've seen mentioned anywhere by anyone...   Barkley may not have been the factor we thought in the ground game, but his impact in the passing game cannot be overstated.   His blitz pickups against Spags' blitz looks made everything possible.  I don't think I saw a missed assignment from him, he wasn't beaten on a pass rush.    Just a great game by Barkley.

Not only that, but the amount of attention he forced the Chiefs to dedicate to him allowed the passing game to operate like a 7 on 7 drill.

The most glaring example was the overhead view of the Smitty TD. Those LBs bit HARD on the play action, and it wasn't even like it was a great fake.

Barkleys numbers in this game mean very little....he was still our most valuable offensive player outside of Hurts.

That was as close as HE can come to putting his hand in the air and saying "I was wrong".

Lucky for us, we don't need him to admit it.  We already know.

It's not as much of a highlight as guys like Baun Becton Sweat and Williams, but I bet Fred Johnson gets a decent payday.

We'll need a new backup tackle. Ideally a future Lane replacement who can redshirt a year.

Eh, I think they are safe with him. He's going to be 28 years old and has started 14 games over 6 years. This isn't a Big V situation. I don't think that many teams are going to back up the Brinks truck for a journeyman swing tackle. Then again, Big V was 27 going in to his 1st year with the Lions.

I can see the Eagles giving him a 2-year deal with a bit of an increase.

We'll see. He seems like he loves the locker room here so there's that. But he stepped in very well when asked this year. Might be his last chance to get starting OT money in the league.

Looks great, but I can't help but wonder how many there managed to get home with all of their possessions...

Find @vikas83

I thought he owned the train?

Haven't been able to find any clips of Vic doing interviews after the game. I remember after the Broncos won, Wade was finally getting his due. Now it's Vic's turn, he deserves it.

I think it was Sheil Kapadia that said that after the game in the locker room, Vic went around and shook some hands then left  Didn't even celebrate

He won’t get starter money anywhere, sorry to say.

Micah Parsons was right to do all those Jesse Pinkman impressions during the BR draft streams when the other 31 clowns kept letting these incredible players fall to Howie.

Rewatched some of the game last night and man did Mahomes play like absolute dogshit. He was just so, so bad. Not that I think it matters, we still win easily even if he has a better game, but it's almost incomprehensible how off he was. Reminds me of how poorly the NE defense played 7 years ago too.

Sounds about right, that's the most Vic sheet ever.

No surprise but Rap Sheet says Nussmeier will join Moore in NO.

I think he celebrated in his own way.   I saw an article where he was one of the last to leave the stadium and he was just being reflective on his entire career.

True - don't think he would have enjoyed shotgunning beers and dancing to rap music

Maybe my memory is failing me but didn’t Vic love Jalynx Hunt during the draft? Crazy that a former low level college safety was bullrushing the hell out of Thuney.

Yeah but he's a man of the people so he rides together with them

I know of one playoff team that should be pretty desperate for an offensive tackle this off season
