I wouldn’t go DT at 32 other than Nolen.  The depth at Edge is too strong, and if they need another DT both Day 3 and Free Agency are better resource optimization IMO.

Is the Barbie modeled on ______(insert name)?*

*Insert any chief name other than their LBs who played tough.

I forget which show/talking head said this but already talking about a Nick Sirianni coaching tree. Steichen, Gannon, Moore (does he really count?).

Just bought my 1st t-shirt and yes I used the board link!

I haven’t posted a ton this season but Congrats to everyone here! Great season!

No and I would not be surprised if his tree gets pruned next year. Those guys are not good so far

Shane 17-17 (awful QB)

Scumbag 12-22

I think Shane is a good coach even tho his recorded doesn't show it. Richardson needs to grow up in many ways. Shane always has the team prepared and fighting

SB champion merch I bought:

  • The official t-shirt for me and my son.
  • The official hat
  • Coffee tumbler
  • Metal pin for my son, he likes putting them on his backpack
  • Metal auto emblem
  • Lanyard for my son

I wanted some drinkware like beer tumbler, shot glasses or whiskey glass but didn't like the styles they had. I was in Philly a few weeks after the first win, in March 2018. I went to Modell's and got some stuff and they had a perfect whiskey glass. It broke a couple years later and I've never found another one that I liked as much as that one. I should've bought two.

Let's hope the hunger for back to back championships that the Dawgs had carries over as well.

I was listening to Ike Reese this afternoon.  He said after SB LII, the team got distracted (he called it, I might call it cocky or even complacent).  After SB LII, Foles had a book.  Doug had a book.  Sort of like what happened with Cole Hamels after the '08 World Series.   The banquet tour seemed to capture the team.  This team can fight through that and not fall prey to that and they can repeat.   This team had laser focus due to the failure of SB LVII AND the failure at the end of last season and last playoff.  They need to keep that hunger and determination to show that this wasn't a fluke.

They were like lottery winners who didn't know how to handle the money back then.

This team with their coaches and leaders are still hungry and focused. Fangio coached for 38 years and this was his first. He knows to not take it for granted.

Are we thinking Patullo is given OC job?

I hope so. The fewer big changes they can make the better.

I love that there are national media and fans who were shocked at the domination, yet a lot of Eagles fans and Philly media could see it coming.

There is no Riverdale nowadays, it’s Riverdale Park (again).  But the MARC station is still Riverdale.  South Central PA folks know where Riverdale is.  I worked with a few folks that lived down that way. The only reason I know they changed the name because of a work colleague ****ing and moaning about the name change, must have been close to 30 years ago.

Most folks don’t realize it but the Baltimore -Washington Parkway (MD 295) is a national park and the best park part of it (with decent trails) is Greenbelt National Park just north of Riverdale (whether Riverdale Park, East Riverdale or Riverdale Hills).  I imagine you probably spent some time in that park through the years.

Now I have to ask, since you grew up in Maryland, I assume you learned to drive there.  Since moving to VA, have you learned WTF a turn signal and a rear view mirror are for?  Frankly, I am surprised for cars bought in MD that they even bother installing those.  (Thirty years of commuting into Baltimore may have had an impact on me.)  jk

I left Maryland in 1988 when I joined the Army and haven't really looked back since. I've probably been back in Maryland 5 or 6 times since then.

I did see that they changed the name of Riverdale to Riverdale Park though. Greenbelt Park was within walking distance of my childhood home. One of the entrances to the park was right across the street from Parkdale HS, which was right up the road from where I lived and where I took Drivers Ed one summer.

But yeah, I spent a lot of time in that park, exploring the trails with my friends. We'd lose entire summer days there lol. My years there spanned from 1969 (when I was born) to 1988.

He did end of January but it’s a torn patellar tendon. The initial diagnosis is he’s likely to miss the start of the next season.

Looking ahead to road games next year. What a coincidence the Eagles playing in Kansas City.  The Chiefs play most of their toughest opponents at home.  So stupid.

I also don't get the hate. The NFL is the one putting her on the screen. A million celebrities at these games all year long but she's the only one they constantly show. Not her fault and people really overdo it

The schedule opponents and location is completely by formula.
