I've been holding off but I'm going to watch it again either today or tomorrow.

Yeah I mean we’ve been travelling so just not had the time to watch it 😊. It’ll likely be on repeat the next few days.

Was this the only pick 6 of the season? Off the top of my head I don’t remember any other defensive TD.

CJGJ had a pick 6 on Cooper Rush.

He wanted to see a good basketball game so he went to Villanova, instead of the Sixers.

You are over the line.  It was arsehole-ery like this that got you banned from the original EMB.  You should be licking Jason’s shoes, not trying to take him to the cleaners.

What have you ever done that has contributed to a single Eagles win?  Nothing.  And even less than nothing when compared to what Jason has contributed. You owe him an apology.

You are wrestling a pig.

You are assuming the worst, which may not happen.  LB may be a huge need, or it may not be.  That muddy picture will clarify after Free Agency.

Based on who is currently under contract for 2025, LB is a huge need.  Baun and Burks are UFA, with Dean coming off a major injury and BVS as well, who didn't play LB this year.

This team needs Baun back, and frankly should bring back Burks as well.  If they both walk, then the cupboard will be pretty bare.  So, it needs to be taken care of quickly, especially Baun.  They can't wait around on that.  I expect that they will get Baun done quickly, but until it's done it's a massive concern.

I just wanted to shout out Devonta.  He has made so many unbelievable, wild, circus type toe tapping catches for us.  That Super Bowl catch was something we've seen him do for years.   He never complains, he always does his job when called on.   He only really made one mistake this year and that was the missed catch from Washington.  He lead in reception yards in both Super Bowls and got a great TD in this one.  That video of Jalen telling him how much he appreciated him was exactly how I felt about what he brings to the team.

Did web search for bus trips to Eagles parade in my area, but couldn’t find any.  Live between Harrisburg and York.  Saw one leaving from State College and Susquehanna County, but none here.

Will the game be televised anywhere? I’d love to somehow watch from the UK.

Sorry yeah that’s what I mean the parade.

You'll probably be able to stream it live thru the local Philly tv stations via their YouTube channels

Can he play another year or will father time destroy him next season? I know he wants at least 1 more

I’m typically on board with parting ways with a player a year early than a year late.

As much as I disliked it at the time, getting rid of Dawkins when they did was the right move. He had one good season in Denver before injuries caught up and he couldn’t do anything.

I don't think I've watched a Lombardi presentation at a Super Bowl since LII, so I was a bit disappointed in how it went this time around. I was expecting a Hall of Fame player to take it down the gauntlet like Darrell Green did for LII.

Did anyone else think that the spraying of confetti was a bit delayed, too? Or was that just me?

It definitely seemed late.

It was pointed out on social media and commented a lot in here how weak their left side of the line was. The Eagles game plan was basically exactly what I thought it  would be, minus using Carter against their LT: dominate the pass rush vs their left side and hit the deep ball against press man and blitzing.

I thought we’d have a lot of success, but even I couldn’t imagine the absolute arse kicking our DL put on them. I’m sure Nick and Vic talked about it in game planning and thought they could get a bunch to win the game.

On the Rewatch it was clear as day they had a plan to let the DTs go up field and fold the DEs back under. Its was constant and worked to perfection. They knew he would step up vs internal pressure and the DEs knew right where he would be. Artwork

on the O it was still all about saquon. I maybgo back and count how many blitzers he stone walled. Had to be double digits

Baldy has a video of Nolan Smith, who weighs less than the typical TE, hitting the Chiefs All Pro O-Lineman.  Technique and leverage.  If Smith can learn it, so can TEs.

Huge difference in attacking down hill and being attacked

I think it was Breer’s MMQB article where he said the plan was just to power rush with four, particularly at edge, to keep Mahomes from being able to scramble for yardage like two years ago.

Yeah void years are a clever way of managing the cap until you're giving them to guys who are likely to retire / move on within the length of the active years, then they'll bite you in the ass.

In rewatching the GB and especially Commies game (i was bored) i was impressed by Davis. His pass rush is quietly coming on. Starting to see him get some sacks too.

i am a huge Milton Williams fan but i just dont see how we can keep him when we have to pay Carter and Smith after next season. But we will be ok as Davis and Ojomo are trending up

The bill always comes due

but it got us another trophy so it worked. Rams would say the same I suspect

now evil genius Howie certainly has a plan and it will be to eat the bill when we move on to the next rookie qb contract i suspect. So not for a while. Will use it as strategic losses/debt until then

They were extremely disciplined in their lanes. Kept him bottled up from escaping mostly. Simple but dominant

If Sweat, Williams and Becton can fetch us 2 3rd Rounders and a 4th Round comp picks....I will miss them but, we have Steen to replace Becton (and with Stoutland I'm very confident in our O-Line being ok) and you still have Davis, Ojomo, Carter inside and still have Smith, Hunt, Huff outside.  Not as strong but not the end of the world either.  Baun is THE ONLY MUST SIGN.  Draft some replacements on the DL, a TE and a LB and lets run it on back!

I think the main thing that is getting WAAAAAY overlooked is that our secondary locked the f down on the KC receivers.....Q, Coop, Slay, CJGJ and even Baun.....Mahomes couldn't even throw quick which allowed the DL to feast.  It all just worked together perfectly.....

And let's not forget...Reid went back in the way back machine to 2002 (NFCCG, last game at the Vet) and completely and totally forgot about the run game.

The Carter sack of Stafford will always stick out to me. It saved the closest we came to losing all playoffs

This is, by a country mile, the biggest play of the season.

We dominated the other 3 playoff games. The only reason the Rams game was close was that Hurts couldn't move in the 2nd half. Carter saved the game.

Yep have to plan for the re-signings. Can’t play everyone. Baun is only irreplaceable player.
