Forgot to add, extend Jurgens.....also post June 1st cuts of Slay and Bradberry, which will bring Eagles up to approx 35 million in cap room.

Huge difference in attacking down hill and being attacked

Amen to that. On that particular play, though, they both had running starts.

If any of y'all haven't watched the Mic'd Up yet, it's a must watch.

So many incredible moments that we didn't even know were happening during the game.

One of the best was Hurts saying what we all kind of knew....paraphrasing "That last one (SB 57) changed my soul".

Not to mention the detail and leadership from top to bottom in that game is unlike anything we've seen.

I will have to watch it again because there were so many moments that it was hard to keep up with.

Oh, another great one was Sirriani to Kellen...."If we score here (Smitty TD) it's over....so call it". Might be Siri's Philly Philly moment in that game.

Best plays of the year

1) Carter's sack of Stafford on 3rd down
2) Saquon 2nd TD run vs. Rams in the snow
3) Cooper DeJean pick 6
4) Goedert TD vs. Packers
5) Cooper DeJean's hit on Derrick Henry
6) Nakobe Dean INT vs. Jacksonville
7) Goedert long run vs. Saints
8 ) Hurts to AJ bomb on 4th and 5
9) Grant Calcaterra bomb vs. Dallas
10) CJGJ's 4th down tackle vs. Atlanta

Honorable mention: Kelee Ringo's blocked FG for a 2pt conversion. Will not be remembered, but an incredible play.

Great list!  Need to put Smith long TD in the SB in there somewhere.  It was the dagger/clincher capping the entire season.  DeJean pick six was the big blow staggering the champ and putting them in danger and Smith TD was the final knockout shot.

I voted for Sweat. To me, the story of the game was the defense and Sweat had 2.5 sacks and caused Baun’s interception that helped put us up 24-0. I don’t have an issue with Hurts winning. He was really good. But the defense turned Mahomes into Davis Mills.

The QB bias is hard to overcome.

Pretty honest and straightforward.  I'm not sure how anyone could accuse him of "whining about the Eagles winning" etc.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

Some people are only happy if they are complaining.

Totally forgot about that lol

What an amazing season

So I’ve decided that because I had to work last Monday, and I couldn’t celebrate how I wanted to during the Super Bowl, I’m going to rewatch the game in full(even the Terry Bradshaw rambling) and this time I’ll be having something stronger then water.

I particularly liked the fan who decided to wear a Kevin Curtis jersey to the SB. You can see if when they are showing the crowd from behind in one of the concourses.

There has to be Saquons TD run on the opening play of the NFCCG on the list. Big game. Tone setter for the blowout.

Ill take a regular season QB, and then insert Hurts for the championship game and super bowl every time.

My goodness that throw to Smith for the TD! The poise and the mentality for this team to just GO AFTER the Chiefs in that spot. That was true killer instinct!

Every time Mahomes takes a shot... you take a shot!

Will the game be televised anywhere? I’d love to somehow watch from the UK.

On Fox News 29 Philadelphia in my area starting at 11am.

Agreed.  I'd love to figure out how to keep Becton as the #2 priority but Baun is a "must have".

Look at the Live section of this YouTube channel tomorrow and they will surely have a live stream.

There were so many great moments from the season, can't wait for the Super Bowl LIX Champions DVD.  Are they still doing "America's Game" on NFL Network?  That will be good too.

Devonta's one handed TD vs Jacksonville was incredible.

Also, Saquons opening play house call in the NFCCG.  Pretty much set the tone

Generally speaking, that's a "Philly fans" sports thing - we've all done it, even the biggest homer fans around.  (And with good reason - most of us have only witnesses a handful of championships by all 4 major sports franchises in the modern era).  So that "pessimistic" outlook is somewhat embedded in some Philly sports fans.

That said, there's always been certain lines that shouldn't be crossed and most fans generally don't cross that line.  And if they do, other fans typically will speak up - as is happening with this situation.  It should be a "nothing burger" by the time the parade is over with.

They have stopped making them.
