If you could exchange one player from a former Eagles SB team with one player from this team, who would you switch?!

If the Eagles are within a million (maybe even two) of average per year on what he gets offered, then I think he would step up to the plate and come back and ask for a little more guarantee and call it a day.

At the end of the day, an extra million is 600k after taxes - how much is that if you're getting 30+ million guaranteed, over 3-4 years, to come back to the team that helped you become one of the best players in the NFL, a Super Bowl Champion and the opportunity to play for a perennial contender, in the best defense ....for years to come?

Endorsement deals alone, by staying with the current Super Bowl Champions, in a big market, should make the decision a no brainer.  That deal should get done.

I wouldn't consider that blowing him away with an offer.

Yup.  The fact that he was still out there was about one thing and one thing only... padding his stats.

IDK - the fact that the passing game was so sporadic this season and the fact that Patullo is "Sirianni's buddy" just wreaks of the entire Doug Pederson - Press Taylor type of situation - where the head coach becomes overly comfortable with one of his coaches etc Let's not do that again.

Just bring someone in from the outside.  It worked wonders this year - all the way to the Lombardi Trophy.

Not sure who though.

I mean who's out there that's a name like Kellen Moore was?  Do they look at the college game for a young up and coming offensive coach?

I know.

I'd rather have Brad Childress

That would be dumb.

Dumb is too kind a word. Among others I would suggest: sick, ignorant, corrupt, ugly, and most of all vile.

Experienced guys:

Reich

Pederson

Leftwich

Younger, great with QB's;

Josh McCown

Other possibilities:

Jerrod Johnson

Tee Martin

21 players were drafted by Howie since 2022. Every single one of them except three have played some sort of role in helping the team.  Dylan McMahon, Trevor Keegan, and Kyron Johnson being the only three who haven’t.

Mcmahon got claimed off waivers and Keegan will probably dress next season.

Some of these fans. It's unbelievable

Oh come on.  It’s harder to get between Kelce and a camera than it is to get between him and the qb in his prime.  Doesn’t mean he’s a bad person.  But he met one camera he didn’t like in his entire life and it got smashed inside that jerks phone.

Taylor Swift wasn’t booed for being Taylor Swift, Trav, she was booed by the NFL media obsession with showing her.   What other celebrity gets their picture shown so much for attending the game short of McConaughey at UT games where it has also grown old.  Not Cooper or Trout at Eagles games, not the Philly players at other teams games.  It’s overkill and the media needs to step back and should after seeing that reaction.  Let Swift support her boyfriend without the constant attention. Guy I feel bad for is her Dad.  Lifelong Eagles fan trying to support his daughter.  You know he was screaming Hell Yes in his mind every great play by the Eagles in this one.

I'm sure Kylie wasn't being quiet. Not gonna lie.

There ya have it.  If you're going to the parade tomorrow and want to drink what the players will be drinking - get yourself a bottle of Don Julio 1942 Tequila.   A few limes and salt packets wouldn't hurt either.  ;)

He's a troll.  That's all there is to it.  People keep giving him attention and it feeds him.

For sure. It’s absolutely special and I’ll always remember the dismantling and domination. Not trying to take anything away from it.

It’s just with 2017, not even including the TD’s, I can see Brady dropping it. I can see Jenkins taking out Cooks.

I can see Smith taking out Smith

https://www.facebook.com/brian.baldinger.5/videos/violent-splatter-my-favorite-play-of-sblix/2456049281409202/

which was a rerun of the Pacers game for Smith.

I’m pretty sure Slay will be gone and I thought Rodgers was just on a 1 year deal?

My bets are (and they are only bets) that Slay will be back.

Rodgers was indeed on the last year of his deal, but I expect Howie will bring him back.

I hope white girl wasted Reed Blakenship gives a speech tomorrow

You think? I’m not sure both will be back but I mean that’s just purely based on I don’t think Howie can bring everyone back and there are greater priorities. But hey with Howie who knows!

I think Slay goes and Rodgers stays.  Rodgers isn't getting starter money
