He may be not great in coverage, but he gets some really clutch interceptions and is just smart with anticipation which makes up for lack of speed.

Reed is good in zone coverage, but not man coverage. Good news is we play zone way more than man.

No one is suggesting Hurts is as good as Mahomes.

I'd disagree but I dropped it already

F we gotta wait two weeks. I’ll definitely get myself suspended by then

Anyone have a strong opinion on when to pull the trigger on tickets? Prices are starting to soften a little already. Few brokers said it is best to wait until the Thursday before the game. Last time we bought too early for sure.

Flights and hotel booked already for me and dad. Game on. I took him to the NFC Championship game. Gotta try and repeat the mojo.

I don't know on this one, normally I would for sure say the closer the better, but I am hearing so much of people just not caring because they hate the Eagles and don't want the Chiefs to win again...might come down earlier than normal if interest wanes.

Big if true

SPECIAL TEAMS

- Jake scares the hell out of me.

I'm literally praying he doesn't miss extra points.  Something happened to him, not quite the same.

Major drop for ratings in the Eagles game.

Yeah, because Chiefs - Bills was a heavyweight fight.  Nobody viewed Eagles - Commanders as  heavyweight fight.  N

... wait, what are we talking about?

How come our coordinators never do this?

I expect Andy to target Burks, Blankenship, and even DeJean in coverage. Surprisingly, no team has tried to attack DeJean after Thielen cooked him - thinking Andy does.

Cooper learned and not scared if Cooper is on Kelce

I like the cut of your jib, mister. Spoiling Pops is the way to roll. Well done.

No idea on tickets but there is something to be said to find the best deal today and just say the hell with it, I am done.  It's only money. Make it rain!

It's always easy to spend someone else's money.

The Reddit thread in the NFL sub about this is hysterical...

they have $$$ to spend.  wondering if they go after Tee Higgins in FA to pair with McLaurin

It doesn't seem feasible.  To have 300 pound guys putting their weight against your tricep?  Nah. He isn't playing.  Cool story and all, but he will have to just keep doing the support from the sidelines gig.

Let him run out and get the tee.

Night before or morning of is truly the best time to buy them but Thursday on is fine.

Joe Brady and Kingsbury: nah I'll pass on this disaster franchise with no cap room.

Kellen Moore: Sign me up!

Don’t let him be a factor — either go for it or punt on 4th down. Go for 2 after TDs.

We need a 2 score lead late in the 4th, otherwise refs will steal it.

So go for broke.

Just went back to a tweet from 2020 where he was congratulating Agar on her spot on Sunday Countdown and one of his followers was upset because he'd been doing it for years before that. Not saying I agree with the premise of the person complaining's tweet. He's all class, though.

I'll say this... Nothing against Cameron... but he's not as easy on the eyes as Annie.  And frankly, THAT more than anything else is the likely reason behind it.

He's been the head coach of a crappy team before.

Kellen wanting that job shows a significant lack of judgement.

I don't think he can afford to pass up opportunities at this point.

He kinda is what he is. And he has his known warts about commanding a room/players. If he doesn't take what he can get he might find himself being in the Bieniemy cycle.

Cooper is perfectly built for Kelce matchup. Especially since he"s lost a step. Most of their WRs are slow accept for Worthy. That's the matchup they should worry about. Hopkins, Hollywood, Ju Ju and Pacheco at RB all seem slower these days. I can see a lot of FGs for Chiefs in this game. But I do worry about trick plays in redzone like last Superbowl.

Mahomes not super comfortable behind this line. Not sure his ankle is 100% either, as he was running a little slower last week when scrambling. Offensive line solidified somewhat when Thuney moved to left tackle. But he's just slightly above average there. Not like at left guard. They are definitely weaker at offensive line from even just last year. Chiefs are in every game because they barely ever beat themselves and they still have a very good defense. Keep turnovers to 0 or 1 and I see no path for them.
