In fairness the eagles, Phillies and Sixers were on a 18 game losing streak when i went in AZ. In la, Philly and outside of AZ they were undefeated lol

This game will be lower scoring than SB 57 two years ago for a few reasons:

-- Eagles defense is better

-- Chiefs offense isn't as good

-- Eagles will use the run game much more efficiently and the game becomes a bit shorter organically; also keeps Mahomes off the field.

 

I keep having the feeling this game will come down to the last 60-70 seconds with the Eagles having a 3-point lead and the ball.  They get to a 4th and 3 knowing if they punt the ball back to Kansas City it might mean losing the Super Bowl -- even though their defense has been much better at holding leads.  I see a successful last-minute 4th down gamble sealing the game for the Eagles in this one.

Need a 2 possession lead.   Officials will make sure mahomes get the ball back late in the 4th

I confused myself about 2018 -- I was on the Eagles' side around the 20. There were Pats' family members in our section though.

I'm happy to be sitting next to my dad on the couch for the first time since Andy's in 04. I can't imagine how that will be next to yours at the SB. Dad's 81, not sure how many more chances I'll get to do this. I didn't take him in 2023 (I did take him to the NFCCG) and always regretted it.

That display at the end of the game with the Redskins jumping over the pile on purpose early put it back on the radar.  That was a bit of a black eye for the league, IMO.   They don't like looking foolish.   I don't know how to ban it, but I think they will take a long hard look at it.
