Isn't it supposed to be considered a home game for Eagles?

Which means it’s either not true or it’s not against the Rams.

Draft a DE in the first rd and sign a guy like Mack

I like the idea of adding Mack. He's not Garrett but he's still highly productive and won't cost nearly as much and is a FA. If Baun is extended, you can then look at DT in the draft. I really like the idea of Kenneth Grant or Walter Nolan. Harmon, Collins, Farmer and Sanders are some others. I'm not confident we match what Milton might get, over 15 mil per year.

I first want to see if it’s a full yard or less than a yard. It seems as though when the tush push fails, it’s a full yard to go as opposed to a half yard, or inches. The two failures against the Jags were after penalties moved the try to the one, (although I do think he broke the plane on one), and the same last week. A full yard seems to come up short more. Of course there is also the risk that a missed FG gives them 7 more yards of FP.

Still, I think my decision comes down to just how close to the line we are. Less than a full yard, I tush push. One full yard or more, I’m kicking it.

Look.  at the 23 why give up the spot of the ball yards?  You go for it.

Now make it a 55 yarder and do you punt or kick or go?  Up 7 I say punt. Up less, go. But I'm not kicking the FG, risking the short field when I can guarantee the 20 to start or maybe get them inside it.

He says all the right things but we need to be honest with ourselves that it's mainly because he's a great RB that dominated the league

Completely disagree. At least for me personally. Him being really good probably draws in the casual fan base but it’s his humility and selflessness he has continually shown all season that makes him likable to me. Other guys have come in and dominated and were insufferable. It’s more so the man he is and how he relates to a blue collar city than on field production that makes me be a fan.

Considering it's subjective 🤷‍♂️

Lots of Eagles players have been great teammates and generally great people

I really want to see a wrinkle out of the push formation like we saw in the Green Bay game again. Especially if it’s on 3rd or 2nd and short. Maybe Hurts driving forward at first and then pitching it back to Saquon to let him do his thing when he hits the second level. Maybe hitting DeVonta or Dotson on a crosser. Or just going deep to AJ again.

Anyone see that stat that the qb on the losing side of a sb normal loses the rematch as well?

 Poor Cleveland

Smith was 23 when we drafted him. Does the 1 year make that much of a difference on draft?

It does to some folks.

I thought I saw a stat where it almost never happens though. Like Jalen was the first one to make it back after losing his first one in a long time.

The Eagles swallow $29+ million in Dead Cap if Huff is included in the trade.  That balances out the $36 million for the most part.

Would they even want Huff?

It would be hard to think of another free agent that came here and became so likeable, so fast. He’s everything a Philly fan cheers for. Especially considering he came from a rival.

He came from Penn State.  I'm not sure what else you could possibly be referring to.

What split road from when he forced his way out of here demanding a trade.  He's turned into a journeyman backup while his backup is now in his 2nd Suoer Bowl.

Brown is gonna have ST play on Sunday. It could be a 15 yarder in him for the crap he does though

It'll be interesting to see if Fangio just sits in zones against Mahomes. It feels like a recipe for a sow death unless our DL just dominates, which doesn't feel likely against their OL. I don't know if blitzing is the answer, or if we need to dabble in some more man coverage.

Their offensive line has SERIOUS issues on the left side. Sweat and Williams should feast.

I’d have Davis just drive the LG straight back when he’s in. He should be able to flat out win a battle of muscle every pass play.

Also move Carter to their left side, sweat on a wide angle, and the other DT directly over the center. Force Carter 1v1 vs their LG.
