The Eagles Media Guide shows 1,047 Defensive snaps for the 17 game season.  Davis had 388 Defensive snaps, which is 37% of 1,047. 

388 divided by 17 is 23 snaps a game.

In addition, Davis had 245 Special Teams snaps … another 14+ snaps per game.

Cap number is $2.6M.  Remember, the Eagles are only on the hook for his salary and not his prorated signing bonus.   Plus, the 5th year salary is always a big jump... and I think the 5th year is based on a percentage of the average at their position.  So, a DT like Jordan Davis is a bargain compared to a QB like Pickett.

12m is.a no brainer to pick up the 5th yr. Still plenty of time to observe and negotiate an extension. Otherwise he comes off the books right as you have ti pay Carter and Smith

Injuries not withstanding, the D will be better next year than it was this year.
Fangio has a group of players who are (1) smart enough and (2) talented enough to pull off his system.

He produced 5 sacks last year. You don't think he can produce 5 sacks on his own? He got half of that in the Superbowl. 😄 All kidding aside. His snap count will go up with a larger contract. I expect Carter's to go down. And figure out the difference with rest. Enough to go around since Davis is pretty much a run stopping role player at this point for 15 snaps a game. I don't think some people are accepting that yet here. Still like him for that role. Someone is gonna have to take the hit here probably going forward as far as the core goes. Best plan is to keep Ojomo and Davis for 2 more years here and then assess and see what salary cap looks like and what production they have. Both may be casualties after the 2 year term here. 

PS. Ojomo got Zero sacks (regular season) playing next to Carter this year....anyway.

Pickett is definitely gonna be dealt this offseason. I think he and Huff are two most likely to be traded. Eagles are gonna need not just quality but quantity of picks this year to mitigate a relatively quiet free agency period, so I think they'll try to get a couple extra mid round picks somehow to add some more depth. Like another RB if Gainwell leaves and another TE somewhere.
