Iconic moments happen in the elements.  The divisional game was great visually ... because it was outdoors

If thats how you feel I guess.  It was a good game that came down to the wire.   Iconic moments happen in domes as well.  Me personally I don't turn on a game and see it's snowing or raining and say to myself that this is awesome.  The quality of the game and the 2 teams playing are what make it great for me.  Could care less if it's outdoors or indoors.  I mean there's also been sloppy, crappy boring games in the elements as well.

I wonder if they came back

That's a 2nd surgery

I sure hope Abdul Carter is off the board before the Giants pick.  He looks like he’ll be very disruptive; elite speed and quickness, gets around the corner to the QB really well.  TEN and CLE better not screw up again.

Too bad the Sixers can’t hire Brandon Graham as Embiid’s life coach.

Good call.

But I have minimal confidence that they won't be enamored with both Ward and Sanders.

The DT from Michigan (blanking on the name) is the DL who scares me. That kid is going to be a pro bowl level player for a decade.

Carter is going to be a really good pass rusher, but he’s not great against the run.

I know I’m a hater, but I don’t see Travis Hunter worthy of a top 5 draft pick.  He’s not going to play full time on both sides of the ball, so he needs to be evaluated as a CB first and someone who can be utilized occasionally on offense in some limited packages.

He’s a really good CB prospect, no doubt.  Not sure he’s as good a prospect as Sauce Gardner was, though.  I heard Albert Breer say he’s the most "interesting” prospect in the past 20 years.  Frankly, I don’t see the upside as a WR that Breer does.  Breer comped him to Devonta Smith and Garrett Wilson — I don’t see that at all.  Both those guys were better route runners and technicians than Hunter, and both were dynamic enough to get over the top of college defenses regularly.  Not seeing that in Hunter’s highlights, unless Shadeur Sanders has a serious rag arm.  Hunter is catching balls downfield, but more because of the weak conference competition, IMO.

He should get drafted in the 8-12 range as a CB, IMO — but he’ll get over drafted higher it appears.

I tend to agree, but the flip side is his ball skills at corner are next level. He could be a weapon sort of like Deion Sanders is the sense that teams won’t want to throw at him because of the risk that it goes for 7 the other way.

Mason Graham. A freakin tornado at DT. He's the one guy I want in the draft and there's no chance it happens.

The knock on him is below average measurable, especially arm length.

Becton and Dickerson would engulf him.

Yep.  I went to the Jacksonville Super Bowl and then to this one in New Orleans.

Nothing against Jacksonville, it was a decent time but it didn’t compare to New Orleans.

New Orleans is likely the perfect type of city for the Super Bowl - it’s the reason they’ve hosted it 11 times (tied for most with Miami) - the city, the culture, the food, the entertainment. the history, the French Quarter, etc - New Orleans really impressed.

The airport was a debacle Monday. It really couldn’t handle the traffic.

I believe it’s a requirement if you want to host a Super Bowl unless if you’re in a warm climate. Lurie talked about this for Philly and wanting to host big events, but that’d require a dome.

A requirement for every team but the Giants. The league waived that rule for them. It's the same favoritism that was demonstrated when Tagliabue gave them an extra home game against the Saints after Katrina made the Superdome impossible to play in. The could have played that game in any stadium in the southeast but no, they had to play it in Jersey.

I'm still ticked off about that.

We drove over from Central Florida - so I missed all the airport fun. 👀

He’s a Jalen Carter clone. Same size and production.

3 Super Bowls, 2 Championships in last 7 years.....just had to say it because being a fan since '80....never really could envision what this team has accomplished.  And let me add since 2000, they have the 5th highest winning percentage, the 2nd most playoff games and 2nd most playoff victories.

It's safe to say that this organization really (behind the Patriots and maybe the Chiefs) has become the most successful organization in the NFL.

In the last 10 years... this team is definitely at the pinnacle.  The Patriots no longer have that standing.  They WERE at the pinnacle, but have since fallen to the bottom again and are going to have to climb all the way back.  The question now remains about where the Chiefs are.  Is this the start of their decline?  Or just a blip on the radar?   And the question for the Eagles is, can they withstand losing talent and coaches?

But, over the last 10 years, the Eagles, as you say have 2 Championships, plus an appearance - Which exactly matches the Patriots during that 10 year span... 2-1 record in the Super Bowl.   The Chiefs are ahead with a 3-2 record in the Super Bowl for those 10 years.   The Rams are 1-1 and the 49ers are 0-2.  But, those are the top 5 teams over the last 10 years.  And I'd rank them like this:

Chiefs, Eagles, Patriots, Rams, 49ers.   Tampa gets an honorable mention, but was really just an extension of the Patriots with Brady and Gronk heading south to win an extra ring.

And looking ahead, the Rams' window is closing fast with the end of Stafford's career quick approaching.  The 49ers aren't what they were with the decline of McCaffrey, and having to pay for Purdy.  The question is... which young team on the rise can challenge?   Washington is a possibility.  The Bengals would be, if their front office wasn't super cheap.  Maybe the Chargers under Harbaugh.

Not that rating matters or that PFF is any good, but, pretty sure everyone in here would be happy with either one of these guys if they fell to 32 based off this rating.

32. DI Walter Nolen, Ole Miss

Nolen’s season started with a transfer from Texas A&M to Ole Miss and finished with him as one of college football’s breakout performers. He finished second among defensive tackles, behind Mason Graham, with a 91.6 run-defense grade while contributing 35 pressures and six sacks as a pass-rusher. His performance this season put him in consideration for a first-round selection in April.

33. DI Alfred Collins, Texas

Collins filled the void of T’Vondre Sweat and Byron Murphy about as adequately as one can do, earning an 87.2 PFF grade. The big 320-pounder led Texas’ defensive line to being one of the best in America. On the season, Collins recorded 27 successful run stops with only two missed tackles out of 38.

34. EDGE James Pearce Jr., Tennessee

After breaking out as a sophomore with a 90.7 PFF grade last year, Pearce was similarly excellent as a junior. His 23.3% pressure rate led all FBS edge defenders while drastically improving as a run defender (84.2 run-defense grade in 2024 compared to 67.7 last year). He’s currently a top-10 prospect on PFF’s 2025 NFL Draft big board.

35. EDGE Elijah Roberts, SMU

Roberts has quietly been one of the nation’s most disruptive pass-rushers since transferring to SMU in 2023. This season, he tied for second among qualified edge defenders with a 91.2 overall grade. He is one of just two edge defenders who generated at least 60 pressures in each of the past two seasons.

ESP just said it may only take two second round picks to get Miles Garrett. What a clown.

Are you kidding me?  I used to pray for times like Andy in the 2000's....this is WAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY beyond my Eagles prayers and aspirations lol I had seen them lose in every way, shape and form.  From the 80 Super Bowl where (let's not forget), we had beaten the Raiders earlier that year!  From the NFCCG, last game at the Vet, freezing my nay nays off!  The Fog Bowl!  The '91 team with possibly the greatest defense in history only to have Randall go down in week one and with 6 different QB's, go 10-6 and NOT EVEN MAKE THE PLAYOFFS!  To Marion Campbell to Ray Rhodes to Chip Kelly to Rich Kotite.....and let's not forget about Mr. Toes that had a nice little Gambling hobby along with the Guy from France as owners.

Let's just say, I'm good!  Never thought they would win ONE let alone two.....and with the way this team is set up, they will definitely be competing for more!  Good times!

I don’t see any way Nolen lasts to 32. He’s probably the 2nd DT off the board and a top 20 pick. Wouldn’t be shocked if he creeped into or near the top 10.

I would t be shocked if the price is less than most expect. He’s what — 29 years old — and wants a huge contract.

Milton has 31.5 inch arms, way below average length.

At some point you put on the film and see his production.

Mack fetched the following from the Bears:

Raiders acquire 2019 first-round pick, 2019 sixth-round pick, 2020 first-round pick, 2020 third-round pick

I can’t imagine Garrett goes for anything less than a 1st and 2nd, and likely more mid/late round picks.
