Both statements are true.  I'm sure they do have a real interest in Garrett.  I would assume the majority of NFL teams would as well.  But the reality is that the Eagles don't have the money and picks to make it happen without ruining the roster at other positions.

Eagles haven't met with a ton edge prospects yet. I'm sure they will come.

I know Howie isn't stupid enough to not keep any of them, but it's a matter of which combination he does. And which one is easiest to work around for a potential 2025-26 repeat Superbowl and beyond. Indeed, there will be changes. But it can be really drastic with what's looming, depending on the market.

30 teams would be in on Garrett.   Only Dallas wouldn't be, because they're "all in".   

Yup...I am not buying the Garrett stuff at all..it is likely just smoke from an agent. Of course Howie has made calls...that is what he does. I believe if we somehow can hold onto Williams, Becton and Baun or at least two of them, the Eagles have done well. Then nail a couple of draft picks in areas of need to step up next year, and I feel we make a legitimate run.
