He probably is adamant about an extension.

Probably. The prudent thing to do is get a 2-3 year deal done….unless he’s being unreasonable about his value.

Did it make you moist?

Damn, no Landry

I thought Adams was going to follow Rodgers. Guess he got tired of that or noticed no team really wants Rodgers anymore

lol at money

Source: The #Patriots are signing Harold Landry to a 3 year deal for 43.5M with $26M fully guaranteed. Max value of 48M.

Why didn’t the Pats just trade a 7 for him?

Is it a yoga reference?

Any suggestions who to follow for Eagles news on X?

Too much?

Landry got what I expected, 13-15. Edge market shouldn't be too crazy if the Eagles want someone. That's a fair price.

No that would be reassemble … not resemble.

Goedert is coming off a strong post season and Super Bowl win with no guaranteed money. It would be silly to think he didn’t want an extension, especially after the team took care of Brown, Mailata, Johnson with extensions and now Barkley as well. When guys like Noah Fant are getting deals over $10M I’m sure Goedert wants a bump up from the $14M he’s making too.

Moving him is the right move if he is looking for an extension at 15+ AAV. The team won with Calcaterra playing for him.

I thought it was a fitted sheet reference.

That would stink.  Sure the guy is hurt a lot but in the regular season.  He is there when needed in the playoffs.  Guy can be a animal if they get him the ball.  Calcaterra isn't 1/4 the player Goedert is.

I think so with the guarantee. Landry had some bad analytics. Might have been overstated but still was there

I'm not convinced Goedert is moved, but if he is, I wouldn't be surprised if the Eagles doubled up on TE. For example, trading for Mayer and then drafting one on day two. In a repeat season, no chance they just go into the season with an unproven TE + Calcaterra.

Weird that so many FAs are signing less than 24 hours before they find out their market value.

Unless DG is being completely irrational about his value, then shipping him out for a day 3 pick is stupid.

Give him a reasonable extension and draft a guy this year or next.

We are already about to lose a few key guys to free agency. There is no need to create a problem at the TE position unnecessarily.

Seems they all know their market value after the combine.
