Lions letting Carlton Davis go for Reed. Reed got 32 mil guaranteed and Davis 34.5. Both 3 year deals. Imo i prefer Davis but i think it’s basically a later move but lions saved a little bit of money.

Use a third rounder on a guy.  Rent him for four quality seasons.  Get your third rounder back.

He said he only wants to play 1 more year so I don't think the years matter. It will be the price for the one year.

Oh there clearly is fluff in there since they pushed the average without any other details. 

Jerry said he was going to be "selectively aggressive" as opposed to "all in" this year.

 

 

Read that Eagles offered Williams $8M last offseason. He won that bet! $26M is cuckoo. Too much cap space out there. Waiting to see how the market overpays Becton and Sweat, while good options dwindle with many teams with their remaining cap space.
