They're almost definitely gonna draft an edge and sign one before July. Fangio would play those 2 over Huff, no question in my mind.

Hopefully this isn't their only Edge move and doesn't take them out of the Ojulari sweepstakes or someone else. Look I get they need to preserve space for the young guys, but Uche and Dillon is scraping the barrel about as much as you can scrape the barrel.

I like this signing as a pure flyer. But yeah, it’s been a big fall for him.

I posted those videos because people are saying Brown "hasn't shown anything" which isn't really true.  He's shown flashes of big play making ability, hard hitting, closes fast. can run most players down from behind and seems to be solid against the run.

Uche has gotten progressively worse. Probably just kicking the tires since no price was mentioned.

Howie won't go into the draft with glaring holes and will patch up some spots with cheap vets. Looking for a safety hopefully.

A one year deal guy that may or may not make the team likely isn't their only move

I guess if he is very cheap, can't hurt. One breakout season is 2022 and then nothing since.

Classic Howie move, buying low on a player.

Still expect EDGE high in the draft but this allows them to go into it, not desperate to fill roster spots. 

Uche the only person I've ever seen who prefers Joshua to Josh.

Uche is nothing but a flyer. Hope he’s paid that way. Don’t like it if that’s the move at DE.

Yes, and I asked to show me videos of him in coverage and you pointing out those two videos specifically for me to look at.

I'd still like to see either Ojulari, or try and trade a 5th (or 2 of them) to the Jets for Johnson.

Well with that context this may be it for now. Seems like they're more interested in the comp picks and not increasing salary due to some big contracts coming due with the young guys. FA acquisitions Monday after the draft don't count towards the comp pick formula so they still have then and trade options. They're clearly not major players in this market and after seeing what guys are getting I don't blame them.
