The issue with Milton Williams, and the reason to let someone else overpay him, is that it seems highly possible/likely that his success is due to playing next to Jalen Carter. And the best evidence o

I don’t think anyone should be opposed of seeing Coop on the outside. Bradley Fletcher, Nnamdi, JB, Nolan Carroll are just some of the names we’ve had to endure out there. He’s fast, instinctive, physical and was drafted in the top of the 2nd round. Why would we ever think it couldn’t ?

That slot role is very important in Vic's defense. Coop played it so well I don't think I'd want to upset the apple cart by taking him out of there and then putting him at outside CB. Who's playing slot then, does Coop play outside as well as he just did?
I'd just prefer to keep him where he's at and let Ringo and maybe another draft pick work on the outside.
One exception for me would be if Barron fell, draft him for slot and move coop over. But doubt that is realistic.
All that being said, you could be right. Maybe the FO and Vic see him as the long term solution out there and make that move.

Slick Rick? Is this guy even a source?

 yeah you're right man. No one has ever called Rice or Ruggs a bad guy before. Excellent point.

And no one was "outraged" by the beach picture. They turned it into a meme to make fun of him because again, he's a notorious attention seeking diva and it was a kinda funny picture. Stop trying to martyr the guy. No one is calling for his head like he murdered someone. They're just mocking him cause well...he kinda sucks as a person.

You can call me uppity if you want. I'd call someone who excuses chronic selfish behavior and tries to characterize justifiable criticism as "hatred" as, moronic. But hey you're entitled to it 👍

I think if he does something worth being called out for, he should be. When people are trashing him for merely deciding his future, you know we've lost the plot. Schefter had a meltdown over it the other day. "Make a decision Rodgers!" like he's entitled to one. He's a Fing reporter, he's not even employed by an NFL team. It's just a toxic culture in general.

Eh. Lodi dodi, he likes to party.

They already paid the expensive guys with previous extensions and external signings last year, and are planning to pay the other expensive guys on their roster that will need extensions in the coming years.

We need to kill the obsession that every season a team should be signing "expensive guys" in free agency. Free agency is a backup supplement to the draft.

I'm not talking expensive necessarily. I'm talking willing to sign a guy for say 4-7m instead of just guys making under 2m.

Lots of players alienate coaches and teammates. Reddick alienated coaches. CJGJ alienated coaches. Russell Wilson alienated coaches and no one goes after him. Darius Slay just got into a public spat with CJGJ a couple weeks after winning a championship. Do they suck?

And the fact that you bring up a darkness retreat like it's some negative thing is kind of proving my point. Why is that even a factor? He's one of those spiritual guys who tries ayahuasca and explore psychedelics. There's nothing wrong with that. And he didn't do a million podcasts about the decision, he did one. Pat Mcafee. That was it. He's appeared on other podcasts, but those are non-football like Rogan and some others where they spent 99% of the time talking about non football related things.

All the stuff that he's pulled is pretty ho-hum for a pro athlete. Is he the most selfless guy in the NFL? No. But the amount of hate he gets is disproportionate to what he's done, and the hate guys in the NFL who do the same things he does that don't get singled out.

So the worst Aaron Rodgers has done is butt heads with some teammates and coaches. If that's your biggest knock on him, I think it proves my point.

His lying in press releases about being vaccinated was highly alienating to a large segment of the population. Novak learned the same lesson.

The #Eagles signed former #Colts TE Kylen Granson.

All these 1-year deals added up could be one big 1-year deal for a guy like Becton no?

Howies got a kink and it's TE4's

Oh no. Feels like the writing is on the wall with Goedert now

Howie needs to go back to the basement

If the plan is to move on from Goedert to Calcaterra and a bunch of jags, that's not a great idea

Did we get Urlacerzzzzzz yet?

First Tom Cruise now Rodgers. I'm on a roll today.

I don't know much about how good Ojulari is. Who would be a good comp for him?

Name one time those guys publicly criticized their FO for personnel decisions. Or demanded a team fire a coach. Or hire a coach. Or a FA. There's a difference between building a team around a QB. And a QB trying to actively act as a GM. C'mon man.

Board is being too slow for me to continue this. I bow out

This will likely take 10 minutes just to post

The way Colts fans talk about Granson, he sounds like a poor man’s LJ Smith.

FWIW, Reich LOVED Granson.

Never doubt slick Ricky

Did a little digging on Avery Williams and Falcons fans seem to think as a returner he's good.

To actually unload Huff are we going to have to give up a draft pick as well?

Why would you want to add insult (a draft pick) to injury (eating tons of Cap and getting nothing for it)?  Let Huff come to OTAs and TC and see if he can right his own ship working with Hurtt and Washburn.
