Let’s resign Becton to say least keep the OL in tact. Wouldn’t be surprised to see another 1-yr deal for Maddox either. Fred Johnson also makes sense if Becton is out

Fred makes sense if Becton is in.

The issue with Milton Williams, and the reason to let someone else overpay him, is that it seems highly possible/likely that his success is due to playing next to Jalen Carter. And the best evidence o

I saw the headline but no way in hell am I watching. Nick Wright jumped Wright back into his delusions on Chiefs superiority.

"They have no weaknesses"

That made me think that the Chiefs are a good example to hold the Eagles against right now a few days into free agency.

DL:  The Chiefs are returning Karlaftis, Danna, and Jones from their top 7 or 8 rotation. They had 6 DL UFAs not counting Uche.

The Eagles look loaded after losing Williams and Sweat compared to KC.

OL - They had 2 massive holes. They traded away Thuney leaving 3 massive holes. They signed a guy from SF who held up kinda well while the offense could not score any points with Trent Williams out? Sounds like they still have 2 holes and a probable hole. Here are the PFF rankings of the other OTs on that 2024 Chiefs team.

  • Jawaan (27m cap hit) Taylor - 82nd
  • Wanya Morris - 107th
  • DJ Humphries - 108th
  • Kinglsey Suamataia - 137th
  • There are 64 starters on 32 teams.
  • Now you see why they had a guard starting at OT the last 6 games.
  • Their savior is a guy who ranked 25th in 5 starts
    • The 49ers went 1-4 and scored 10, 10, 38, 6, and 17 points in those games. 16.2 ppg
    • Cleveland was last in ppg at 15.2 and the Giants were 31st at 16.1

The Eagles have a year 3 Steen ready to move into the lineup and Becton is not even gone for sure.

Meh, Fred can go.  He isn't that good.

Slick Rick? Is this guy even a source?

He's right up there with BallSack Sports as one of the most trust worthy sources in the game.

I don't see much explosion at all from this "Avery Williams"

Yea, pretty lackluster. He's Reno Maheesque.

I'd have to argue that, if they can bring back Fred for under 5 million I'd say do it. He plugged right into LT and the OL never missed a beat.

Anias Smith will probably win return duties.

Don't agree, he is a horrible in pass pro.

To find more polish to shine the Lombardi trophy?

The two Lombardi super thanks really comes in handy.

Don’t understand what the Seahawks are doing. If you’re rebuilding why give Kupp 3/45?

Tough to compete against a hypothetical, who’s your backup LT who’s both good and cheap?

Fred Johnson is an upgrade from Driscoll, but that isnt saying very much. PFF grade under 50. And under 40 for pass blocking. Wouldn't pay him more than 2.5M as a backup.

It will be a disappointment if Avery Williams makes the roster.

Cheap and good rarely go hand in hand.  Fred isn't good.  But I get your point

Putting together a Fire Howie protest outside Nova Care for Monday morning if anyone is interested.

I have never hated a sports commissioner as much as I hate this rat ****.
