I'm going to ask GoDaddy to see what's going on with the server. Right now I have a bit going on though, and didn't have time today to call them.

Take your time... we can be patient.  It's what we are best at!

He's got the draft capital saved up to allow him to get out of the big mistake without a massive hit.  If they toss away a 5th (they have 4) to get a 7th back, and get out of the Huff deal... that's a good trade for this team.

I mean - I’d rather just continue trying to develop and see what we can get out of him. Clearly they saw some potential in him. We lost Sweat and BG, and have added two basically fliers at the position.

Dickerson is in that picture as well.

Who do we not have from the UGA defense and when are they available?

I’d assume both are Full Time Edge players

Makes sense to me, but Vic pulled a fast one last offseason.

I'm looking at the server data and I see some errors, but nothing that should be slowing us down. We're on a shared server, so it's possible that some of the other sites on that server are causing issues for other sites (like us). But I'll have to call GoDaddy to talk to them about it.

It's also possible that when we upgrade again, that could solve any underlying issues that could also be causing it.

Meh.   Sometimes you have to just cut your losses.

He drafted Maxey?   I thought he inherited Maxey.  🤷‍♂️

That draft was in November cause of Covid. Morey was hired in October that year.

JAX fire sale at the trade deadline😎

If possible, I wanted to wait for the next revision to take advantage of what's in that. But if need be, that revisions can wait until next time.

In this specific circumstance I would say 2022 was the learning on the fly for Blakenship as he was forced into action due to injury and in their perfect world probably doesn’t play much that year.

In 2023 he earned the job competing against Justin Evans and Terrell Edmunds. Being a young player he learned more as he played that year but since he won the job the Eagles thought he was prepared for it.

I would say that coming in as a backup because of an injury to the starter is definitely learning on the fly. But I do believe young players that have earned the right to start, by winning the job in camp/practice/preseason will continue to learn on the fly as they gain experience. Heading into 2023 we were replacing both CJGJ and Epps. Blankenship was the de facto starter at one safety spot all through OTAs and camp. It was his job to lose, which he never did. Evans and Edmunds were pretty much competing for the other spot. Evans was the "winner" but injuries ended his run. Edmunds was not up to the task and was traded away for Byard.

Heading into 2023, the plan for the Eagles was to retain CJGJ and pair him with Blankenship. But CJGJ had bad agents and we all saw how that ended up.

Where did AJ get the Bryce Young mannequin?

He's not had that same level of injury history as JP.   But, yeah, I agree 100%.   I do wonder if JP had money troubles along the lines of Steve Carlton.   Carlton got robbed by his money manager and hung on as long as humanly possible while he had earning potential.   Such a sad end to a truly great career... for both of them.

Did not know that.

Trading for grimes has been good. Martin has been awful for the Mavs. Also drafting McCain and maxey. That’s about it though.

He’s made a great move for me. His product is so bad that I have all this time  and money I might otherwise have wasted. Learning Spanish, cooking classes, Orchestra subscription, trip to Portugal, just for starters.

Feels like vikings did well. They and the rams will be the primary compeition. Det will still be a decent team but the OC was a huge loss

Detroit does get a bunch of players back from injury on defense.  I still like the Eagles roster better though.  Detroit also has a difficult schedule as well.

For only $4 mil?  Love that… hopefully he stays healthy. That’s his major knock.

It's pretty bad lately. If they're both free then we should do both when available but something needs to happen now

Giants fans seem mostly upset at losing him at that price. Issues appear to be injury related and run D. All positive reviews of his pass rush ability.

Just fan speak though so take that fwiw, which is very little.

Have no idea what Eagles will do this draft. I know what positions they’re most likely to draft, but there’s a bunch of different directions they can go.
