Walter Nolen does feel like an Eagles draft pick. Would not be shocked if they pick him. I'd prefer Pearce but if he has character issues I think Eagles would prefer Nolen.

Stewart, maybe some good DTs available in the 2nd. Honestly, a great choice to have.

This guy is pretty nifty. Love how he gets up on the backs of his blockers and hides a little and then bursts away.

 

Ill take this guy in UDFA. He looks exactly like Hurts. About the same size. Same arm strength. Same rainbow deep ball. About the same speed.  Its all the same.

 

I knew the knock on Walter Nolen was that he was a poor run defender. However with the amount of buzz surrounding him currently, I was under the impression that he must have fixed that this season.

Here is a video with a very contrarian take from a channel that I really enjoyed last year for their extremely in depth player breakdowns and rankings.

They cite run defense, AND character concerns.

He’s going to be interesting to watch this year…not that he didn’t look good, but if his last name wasn’t Manning I don’t think anyone would care as much about him.

Stewart's lack of production scares me. Jordan Davis was an athletic freak with measurables who didn't produce much in college and so far hasn't exactly panned out in the NFL at least not to the pick they took him at. Another guy who hasn't produced in college and is purely a projection scares me off. I'd take Nolen.
