Who we looking at Tai Felton or Jordan Phillips...  Felton had that pretty crazy flip at the combine and ran in the 4.3's if I remember right.

The video that @HazletonEagle posted features Kevin Winston as the second player they profiled as a "gem” and then Malaki Starks as the third player profiled.

What about Shaun Dolac as a later round LB?  He's in this video and tested very well at combine.

Dolac was a walk-on for the Bulls before developing into one of the best defensive players in the country. This past season, he led the nation in total tackles (168), along with six sacks, five interceptions, and five pass deflections. He posted a 91.9 overall grade, 90.3 run-defense grade, and 92.6 coverage grade per PFF.

At the 14:00 minute point in this video is a breakdown on @just relax’s favorite O-Lineman in this Draft Jonah Savaiinaea

The other players featured in that video in addition to Jonah Savaiinaea are:

Emeka Egbuka
Tre Harris
Charles Grant
Kaleb Johnson
RJ Harvey
Tyler Warren
Grey Zabel
Omarion Hampton
Jayden Higgins

Plus they had the following nine Honorable Mentions

If it hasn’t been mentioned yet, Matt Pryor back on the Eagles was on e of our 5 2018 draft picks

All 5 are still significant contributors in the NFL

That's the video that really made me pay attention to Harris, Higgins, and Noel despite them being WRs.

Matavao is an interesting sleeperish Tae

A seven-year career with 39 starts IS a gem in the sixth round.

Not to mention, we pretty much recouped all of the draft capital on him when we traded him to Indy (Pryor and 240 -> 194    (Prior was pick 206))

Matt Pryor sucks

Not as much as he used to. The big change I see in his game is patience, especially in pass pro. As a swing OL we can do a lot worse.

I'm not sure I'd call Maddox a 'significant' contributor, but he does still play in the NFL, though most all of us always were concerned when he was actually on the field... and the defense massively improved when he was removed from the line up in favor of Cooper DeJean.

Many thanks. Yes, I like him a lot.

Hmmm

Fair enough. Can't say I paid any attention to him at all since he left. I was a bit surprised his last year here was with Doug. Felt like he was around more recently than that.

The big problem with this rule change proposal is they are banning the element of "pushing" only on QB sneaks, but trying to say it is fine any other time. What, then is the reason? There is no injury data. It's 100% Boo-freakin-hoo.

I'm also cynical about the reasoning behind banning the brotherly shove - but at least they should craft the rules to actually make sense.  I think reverting to the pre-2005 ruleset/interpretation would at least put it back on solid footing.

Apologies if posted already.  I tend to agree with their assessments with one notable exception:

Wonder if he will have to give anything to Dickerson to grt his number back or if Dickerson will just let him have it.

Did you enjoy their comments about Howie?

I did. The odd thing is that Nolan Smith had nowhere near the production Stewart had but was more highly rated. A better 40 time was about it and, as I’m sure we all remember, he was labeled a bust here for more than a year.

Smith, Hunt, and Stewart would be a hell of an edge group. They fit Fangio’s scheme and they could terrorize teams for years and Smith is the old guy at 24.

2018 Draft day: I bet those 2 4s and the 7 are going to come up huge in an Old Testament SB blowout win. 🦅

I heard he already challenged Dickerson to a fight for the number

Clark liked Landon Jackson and put him in the underrated category.  I think he's being overrated as a prospect and would have had him there, possibly as my first mention.
