I believe there's a psychological aspect to his knee. He scored 50 in a game vs the Knicks directly coming off knee surgery. I don't believe that he could play vs the Knicks in the playoffs, but not be able to stay on the court with months to rest it. And I don't believe his knee is entirely arthritic either. The Sixers brass is going to side with the doctors and I think the doctors told him he should not be as hobbled as he is.

Various things, how to and/or product review type videos, firearms, Eagles, old TV commercials. Anything that I thought would make money (some did, some didn't).

Back around late 2019, YouTube decided that they didn't like something, they never told me what and I had no copyright strikes but out of the blue, they decided to delete my channel. Poof, just gone with no explanation. I appealed but didn't think it'd ever work out in my favor. Then about 6 months later, poof, it was back. Again, with no explanation.

After it was reinstated, my revenue never recovered and went from something around $2800 a month, down to under $100. I figured that someone behind the scenes didn't like some of my firearms videos and 'shadow banned' me from being recommended so that severely limited any potential revenue I could earn. I don't know that, but it's just what I suspect.

I’m still amazed that I randomly found your channel without knowing it was "you” and proceeded to watch your entire Breaking Bad reaction series, still not knowing it was you. And even threw in some Eagles comments to you when I saw you wearing Eagles attire. That was wild.

Look, he is an incredible talent, but I also believe he isn't a leader, in fact, even worse....a baby.  He never took care of himself, he always ended up hurt (and yes, some were just plain bad luck)....but I believed three years ago they should have traded him.  In was absolute malfeasance to give him his recent extension with his health history.  I'm not sure who is more incompetent, the Sixers front office or their Medical Staff.  And both have been really bad.

Potentially trading McKee is great news, but I still doubt it happens.

As we all know, qb is a simple position.

Franchise QBs have massive value.  QBs who, in the eye of the beholder, are potential franchise QBs, have massive value.

Placeholder QBs have zero value.  Backup QBs…have very little value.  The eagles, over the years, have demonstrated to place more value and resources into the backup qb position than any team in the nfl.

Now that Pickett is gone, McKee is our backup qb.  Given the above statements, that means McKee *should* be worth more to us than anyone else out there.

Unless someone really thinks he’s got it and REALLY wants to pay up.  There is absolutely no way Howie parts ways with a young backup qb under contract and leaves the spot to chance and chaos for less than a second round pick.

I wouldn’t trade McKee for a second rounder. Without him, I think the Eagles would be screwed if Hurts suffered a big injury. With him, I still think they would be contenders. To me, that level of comfort he provides is worth more than a round two pick.

They might fetch in a UDFA, I just don't see the point in spending a draft pick on somebody to compete for 3rd string

The 3rd stringer may prove to be a valuable backup. Like McKee who was 3rd string, and is reportedly drawing trade interest.

Kyle McCord is the smart pick this year.

I agree with Hazleton.  That QB wouldn’t be coming to be 3rd string, but rather to be developmental.  He would nominally be 3rd string, but that would be secondary.

Here are 5 Things You Should Know About Derrick Harmon

Lead All DTs In Pressures

Harmon only had 5 sacks, outside the top 10 for DTs in this class. But Eagles fans know well that getting the QB down is not the only way DTs can impact the game, and what Harmon did do was lead the draft class in pressures, and he did so by a wide margin.

Harmon had 55 pressures. 2nd place for DTs in this draft had 44. Harmon also leads the draft class with 43 Hurries, 9 more than the guy in 2nd place. His Pass Rush Win Rate of 17.6% is 3rd in the draft class.

You can judge players by how they perform when the lights shine the brightest. You could argue the 2 biggest games Oregon played last year were the 2 games vs Ohio State (the eventual Champions). His team won 1 of them, and kind of got embarrassed in the other one. But how did he fare in those games?

Between both games, Harmon totaled 6 pressures, 5 QB Hits, 4 stops, and 1 forced fumble. By PFF’s grading system, the first game was his best game of the season, and the playoff game was his 3rd best game.

I really like him, think I'd lean to him over Nolen if I had to choose.

That is my take as well. If he is worth a 2nd now he will be worth a 2nd at the end of the season.

Just saw an ESPN mock that has us trading our 1st/3rd to the Broncos for their second/2026 1st. Arguing it's a move that Payton has done before and the Eagles have accepted before. Meh.

I don't see McKee being traded unless it's some insane offer that's too good to turn down. DTR isn't good enough to be the primary backup, especially for a team like the Eagles that emphasizes backup QB. Plus with how they are being about money this offseason they have the perfect, cheap cheap guy in McKee. I don't see them wanting to have to use money to get a serviceable backup QB in McKees absence.

If McKee were to be traded there is always Carson Wentz out there … or BDN.

Cobee Bryant with Pick 165 would be an amazing windfall.

I’m not opposed to trading down but that is absolutely too far to drop, especially when kicking in your own third.

I’m an eagles fan and at the present the shove is novel… but I’m not looking forward to a sizable minority of the league also becoming very good at it. Kind of like the dissatisfaction I have with the NBA and 3pt shooting…

We have a great offensive line, we don’t need the tush push to be successful.

A sizeable minority of teams don't have QBs that can squat 600 lbs. Yes the OL is a big part of it but other teams have good OLs; as good as the Eagles? That can probably be debated. Could Hurts be as successful doing more of a conventional QB sneak? Quite possibly.

I understand. I personally earn revenue from YouTube ads. At one point a few years ago, I was making nearly $3k per month on YouTube. So I have no problem with that. What I was talking about was the number of Jason Kelce commercials and him being 'over exposed'. I don't blame him, he's just making money so great for him.

Re Kelce he's gotta get while the gettin's good. He didn't play a glamor position and the media didn't drool over him like they did/do Brady.

That's an interesting enough question to pose to the group. Would you take Pick 40 for McKee?

Pick 40 in this Draft means someone from the following group plus Mason Taylor and Xavier Watts.  For me Revel for McKee is enticing, as is Taylor for McKee and Watts for McKee.

If it makes you feel any better, the Broncos did it to draft a RB in this scenario

I really don't expect the Fangio to love Walter Nolen the way the blog does.  If the guy doesnt play the run, that's not gonna fly.

I think he's way over-mocked here for a pick that's not going to happen (gut feeling).

I feel that way about Ojomo. Not a great anchor on running plays and gets wedged out on short yardage plays. If Nolen is more of the same then we damn well better keep Davis or teams will just double Carter and pound us inside.

I agree. We could win with him and win a lot. A second rounder and us with no quality backup? No thank you. A first? Maybe, but 20th or better. Think of him as being our Aaron Rodgers. The young guy, not the superannuated fruit cake.

I can almost guarantee it was the firearms videos. A bunch of channels got nuked or demonetized that had firearms content in that time frame.

I’d do that. Broncos aren’t winning the Super Bowl and there’s a solid chance they regress.
