The injury was in October of 2022. I think it's possible he was still not back to where he was in 2023. He had a decent pre-season game against the Browns before getting cut by the Vikings. He was signed to the Bills practice squad after getting cut and only played special teams in one game. That was on a team that had no depth and very little talent at the safety position. I have a hard time believing he will be anything like the player he was in college. Maybe he will be a good depth piece. Maybe he will re-gain his pre-injury form.

I do think Howie will be looking to move up or down. Shocker, Howie angling for a trade. Moving up = taking advantage of market inefficiency which is very Howie. Also if they have X number of guys with first round grades, there are only a couple left, but the Eagles are 4 picks away or whatever.

Trading down... if all their top targets are gone and someone offers a 2nd to move down 7-10 spots, don't think Howie would pass that up.

The Eagles claim that it takes two years to be ready to play S in the NFL. That bodes well for Brown and Cine.

Bills were also turning him into a LB on top of what you said.

Lets forget the injury for a second. Why was a first round pick cut after just two years? When you factor in the injury, it's even more alarming Vikings were willing to cut bait so soon on a guy who was a first round pick and had a guaranteed contract.

Honestly, since the upgrade yesterday, it's been significantly faster for me.

I'm using dark mode, did you switch to the other one? Trying to think what may cause a slow down (I.E., processing a non-default stylesheet)
