I could see Booker though I doubt he falls. I have a hard time seeing Howie investing more in LB at this point. My feeling is it's probably DL and could be S or CB if the board just falls that way

If he falls into the 20's I'd be good with moving up. Though again I prefer defense whether d-line or going safety. Barron is the only CB I'd want to move up for. Yeah it's remote Schwesinger would be an option considering the resources already invested there.

Yeah I don't see Howie moving up for a CB. It would just be if Hairston, Amos or Revel fall to them because of a run on DL. Much as we've heard they like Starks I don't see a trade up for him either. I really only see them trading up for a DL

Haven’t had time to research the draft this year. Has anyone here put together a good breakdown or does anyone know of a good one elsewhere?

When the draft gets to the 20's picks, I can see Howie will move up to targets the team likes. Moving further up will cost too much of draft capital. Trading AJ to move up to the 4th pick is just impossible, like someone floating the idea around.

The roster is good, but the pipeliine of some positions need could use the early picks on: OT, TE, DL. Maybe even S/DB, though there are a few young ones are already in place, only if the coaches have confidence to play them.

I love Barron, his instincts, smarts and takeaways in the secondary and being versatile between positions would be something I think Vic would like to have. But he's probably gone by 20.

I'm torn with the three corners of Hairston, Amos and Revel. I guess Morrison can be thrown in there. I like the first three for different reasons but can't figure out which one I like best. I typically like the longer, fearless and tough player that doesn't lose himself down the field with his back to the ball. Hairstons' speed and burst is legit, but he's light and not very physical. Amos seems very steady in all aspects and I love Revels length and toughness/nastiness. Morrison has good ball production and seems like his best position would be zone and off coverage which might boost him in our rankings. Im just not enamored with him.

Watched the PHLY final mock yesterday and with the 1st rounder he had them trading up for Loveland. Definitely not what I would want but the reasoning sat with me. There's a lot of young quality drafted defenders on this team, Howie may look to balance that out by going for an offensive player. It made some sense to me, though I still prefer defense lol

Best bet is to look at the Top 30 visits and then look into those players.

Maybe the top 30 get a little overrated but I just don't see a trade up for a guy who hasn't visited or we've heard no actual connection to. That's why Nolen visiting if true is telling to me.

Does anyone else have this issue where every tweet loads on mobile and you can’t get back to the board?

The trade up for Nolen mocks...

The gist of it is this:

Very average class overall. Very weak in blue chip talent. Very deep in "tier 2 and tier 3” type talent at DE, DT, and RB (one of the deepest classes ever at RB). Very weak at QB, WR, OT. Most of the college OTs are tweeners who might have to play OG in the NFL.

A trade down from 32 would be the likely value move because the difference between a pick at #15 and #50 won’t be that great. On the flip side, opinions on specific prospects are likely to be very difference, so there is a chance your #15 overall player could fall all the way to the 30’s.

I think we've been spoiled by the impact of the 2023 and 2024 drafts. Our first pick this year is likely going to take a couple years to contribute, baring a real surprise. I just think that's the talent we are working with.

That's fine...but I also feel like the last couple years have trained us to think a first round pick is a currency that immediately yields a year 1 rock solid starter. I really don't expect that the draft is producing that for us this year.

I have the non password version.

7 round live stream on the Stock Exchange… so far Revel and Winston.

If you are not going trenches, that’s pretty pretty good.

Would be an outstanding and young secondary.

I would expect our first pick to contribute early in a rotation type of role, but won’t be an instant starter.

If it’s a DL, figure they’re the 4th guy in the rotation. If it’s a DB, then something like the 3rd safety or 4th CB.

If you draft a safety round 1 you're expecting him to be an immediate starter

I'm still curious what Vic does with Cooper

No. I am not. You may be but not I. Fangio will play him when he thinks he’s ready and that won’t be immediately.

Same here. Ideally he keeps shutting down opponents at NCB. But what if Ringo struggles at CB2 at camp? Alot to sort out there.

On Fannin I saw Baldy indicate there is bad stuff known on him and that Loeffler probably knows it.
