We all like Coop inside, but if he is as good outside as he is inside, outside he goes. He'll want to go outside as well as the $$$ is much better.

The $$$ is much better only if Howie isn’t paying attention.

He said he likes him at nickel fwiw

I'm hoping the answer is to not break what's clearly working. He's the best NCB in the NFL (IMO). Don't mess with that. He's truly a weapon there and we saw that on display last year in spades. If CB2 is weak, you can rotate coverage that way and lean on Mitchell on the opposite side to handle his guy 1 on 1. Moving DeJean to CB2 would make him less valuable, IMO. He's just too good a tackler and really helps them play 'light' in the box with him on the field and still being extremely stout against the run.

He did straight up say just recently he prefers him inside. But who knows what happens down the line.

Shouldn't move Cooper from nickel. He's one of if not the best in the league there. We see with Justin Jefferson and others that teams love to line their guys up against the slot corner. Having Cooper there is a huge benefit.

It doesn't have to be. It depends on how much Howie and Fangio think he's worth.

Coop is on the field nearly 100% of the snaps and plays a dynamic role in the defense… in an evolving landscape pay the nickel outside-corner money and go light at CB2.

That is a possibility. But if he is as good at CB as he is at nickel- I want him at CB. If not, he stays and they will pay him well, but not as much as a top end CB

Watching the non Loveland and Warren TEs… I think Ferguson is my guy. He has a ton of juice and would do very well with those TE screens that Goedert has been awesome at. His blocking needs work, and if the Eagles think they can coach him up to be an average to above average blocker, I’d be cool with him at 64 or ideally if they traded back a bit.

How about Fannin? The coach we got is from the same school.

Was watching Baldy on the PHLY show and he strongly insinuated there's some bad stuff known about Fannin.

That’s new… I figured being small and slow would be the issue, capping him to a TE2 role.

I liked Chig Okonkwo a lot but he went in the 4th.

I saw him grab a man's PP as a TD celebration. I think he's definitely a weird dude.

Was he playing in the game or watching it on TV?

Its actually in one of his highlights videos and I posted a gif of it here.

Fannin scores. Runs up to a guy standing near the end zone. Don't know if he was a stadium worker of what. And he grabs the tip. The guy flinches and Fannin runs away. Very weird.

Trying to play some catchup and I think I’ve come up with a list of "my guys” for the draft, players who aren’t obvious first-round guys.

RB - Damien Martinez

TE - Terrance Ferguson

OL - Marcus Mbow

Edge - Oladejo

LB - Teddye Buchanan

CB - Tommi Hill (if his foot has healed)

S - Andrew Mukuba

I don't know if the Eagles can afford to use a quality pick on a RB with how much they've invested there already, but I love Jaydon Blue. I think he's gonna be a stud and is a perfect complimentary back.

Martinez in one of the old stock exchange videos was said to be the best runner in the class. Apparently, there is 0 pass protection though.

I like a bunch of RBs but one of the fifties I think is the UCF RB, RJ Harvey.

Hill is interesting. I haven't watched yet. But I heard he dominated Travis Hunter. That was last year. Has dealt with a foot injury this year. Might be a real talent flying under the radar due to injury.

Love Mukuba. Oladejo seems like this year's Jakyx Hunt.

I don't think hes very good.

For context - there’s a lot of fast RBs in college, I prefer the ones who don’t fumble a lot and can provide something in pass protection… but he’s a top 30, so whatever.

Yeah... I don't often agree with the Eagles RB evals. I guess I should consider myself lucky they took Shipley last year.

If weiner pinching lands you on the "do not draft" list I don't think here's hope for anyone in TATE this year 😢

Rocking my new superbowl tshirt today. Much better quality and fit than the other merch I purchased.

Think about all the trouble the Eagles had with quick release crossing patterns over the middle. QBs thrived on those sticks moving patterns and we fans screamed at our TV sets in frustration. DeJean put an end to that. It is hard to value that too much. Howie will pay him.

I was chatting with someone today about the draft, and it occurred to me we're so reliant at pick 32 with trying to work out what teams will do in a draft where the consensus is all over the map. It starts with pick 1 and goes down from there.

A GM like Howie must be spending a lot of time on the phone right now. His element

What if it's our own?

I'm pinching mine right now. unsure
