The issue with Milton Williams, and the reason to let someone else overpay him, is that it seems highly possible/likely that his success is due to playing next to Jalen Carter. And the best evidence o

Oh...one more thing...Drew Pearson better not get to announce a single draft pick for Dallas, loved him as a player, but the man is an idiot behind the microphone.

Fits in well with the owner. lol

Can someone please explain the Jeff Stoutland Critical Factor that Grey Zabel has? Seeing a lot of really smart, plugged in Eagles people talking about him, and I just don’t get the fit here at all. Short arms, 312 lbs.

For Guard and Center, which will be his primary positions, arm length of 32 is not ideal, but also not problematic. Abel has the quick feet and quick hands and explosiveness that mitigate any vulnerability his 32 inch arm length may pose. He almost surely won’t ever be a full time starter at Tackle, but he will be solid spot depth at Tackle if called upon.

Stoutland loves linemen who can play all five OL positions … and have actually played all five.

I’m not sure, but what I do remember about him was that he wasn’t particularly adept at kicking footballs through goalposts.

Details.

He missed a lot of field goals/XP’s

Bracing myself for four hours of over-produced fanfare, gratuitous introductions, and saccharine human-interest vignettes.

But, he remained Happy. And that should count for something.

It really was so much better back in the '90s before it became such a crazy event. I really preferred the two-day version too.

Please please please let the Giants select Sanders.

Do you guys watch on espn or nfl network ?

I have ABC on the TV with the sound turned down and Bleacher Report on the PC which is what I pay the most attention to.

D’Andre Swift.

This is a good example of how weak this draft class is, minus the top 5 to 10 players:

Shemar Stewart produced a total of 4.5 sacks across 37 games in three years, 1.5 in each season. In 2024, he finished with a career-best 31 total tackles while adding two passes defended and a forced fumble.

Despite his less-than-stellar production, Stewart impressed at the NFL Scouting Combine when he ran a 4.59 40-yard dash and recorded a 40-inch vertical. B/R's NFL Scouting Department ranked him as the No. 3 edge-rusher on its draft big board and predicted he would land with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with the No. 19 pick in its mock draft.

Stewart will be an interesting prospect to watch, as he will have the chance to prove his doubters wrong at the next level.

4.5 half sacks in 37 college games and people are rating him the 3rd best Edge in the draft? He did play in the SEC, but the competition level is only going to go up...this guy ain't it.

Happy draft night guys! It starts at 1am for me. Normally I'd stay up and watch but picking #32 makes that even more irresponsible than usual lol. So I'm 50/50 on staying up.

You may sleep. Good things happen when you sleep.

What makes him appealing is that he is a physically elite prospect. Genuinely one of the best physical specimens you'll ever come across at the position. Those guys always go high. The lack of production is a problem, but the whole A&M DL was full of great athletes who underperformed, which might point towards bad coaching for all of them.

Have we traded up yet?

Nope.

Disappointing.

I predict far too many QBs are drafted higher than they should be. Starting at #1.
