When you draft a TE that high, you are hoping to use them like Gronk/Kelce/Graham/Waller/Gate/Kittle.

Some of those guys blocked well in their prime. Some didn’t. But you are evaluating and drafting them to catch the football in that range. I’m not sure he’s a good enough prospect for that, but it’s got to be their plan.
