Yep. Picking #12 and coming out of it with an unexciting non generational OG prospect would be a kick in the nuts.

But getting a quality multi year starter at #12 with low downside in a crap draft…that’s not so bad.

Honestly, I think we are going to do something similar (in philosophy if not position) at 32.

It’s not a pick that plays well with a frustrated fan base. I wouldn’t like it either if the Eagles did that after a bad season. But I see the wisdom of it in a bad draft.
