To take it a step further, we're a nasty DE and a disruptive DT away from unleashing the dogs from any angle. So tonight could be big. Have to see who drops relative to our other needs. Last night was a wonder.

All I took from it is there are some snobs out there who don't like it, but are unable to justify it other than "rugby" and it doesn't look good. They haven't followed the idea through to the logical conclusion

But I do love how much 1 play is under the Packers skin. They are putting a lot of effort and energy into the wrong places.

I'm not so sure. One thing I noticed in the post-season was that Davis has developed the club move that Carter uses so often and so well. One of his sacks came on that move. Another is that when your function is to jam up the middle, you're not trying to get past the blockers so much as to stymie them and create a logjam in the middle. If you can control two blockers that leaves somebody singled up. We can play a light box because Davis does that well.
