I had a feeling teams wouldn’t like Sanders putting his business out in the media prior to the draft but never expected him to fall this much. He’s basically being blackballed. This is wild.

That said - he’s going to have a chip on his shoulder coming into the league and quite frankly, the kid can play, imo - he can make all the throws etc.

If he falls to 96 (doubtful) then It would be time to get the QB factory up and running again. (Could easily flip him for draft picks when teams get past the drama and come back to reality)

I think if they can blackball him in the draft…they aren’t going to enjoy giving Howie of all people a draft pick 2 rounds higher than they could have drafted him on their own.

Sanders to the Eagles is inevitable. QB factory won't be able to resist with him dropping this far.

Round 3 is always Howies weird round where he will "reach" for a "project" or do something weird.

This is the spot to take Ingram-Dawkins.

Josaiah Stewart would be another homerun.

Sucks Parrish just went off the board. Also Noel Williams. CBs pretty decimated this round. Their other Minnesota guy Wiley went too.

I think Jared Wilson is a dark horse OL. Incredible athlete. From Georgia.

Milum is an OL who visited.

Helm

Ty Robinson

TJ West

Those are pretty much the next top options. Ingram-Dawkins at the top.

On the Stewart train for a while, plays so much bigger than than his size.

He was 194 at his pro day FWIW.

That’s reassuring. Like I said, you can maybe get him bigger and teach him to wrap up.

Obviously his football character is spectacular, he’s smart, and a playmaker.

If Mukuba starts, then McCollum is his current backup and Reed slides to SS from FS and Brown is his back up. (Dependent on how Castro-Fields and Cine perform in the OTAs and TC/PS.

He probably has a better shot of starting than Campbell. 4 year starter, smart, should climb the learning curve.

Campbell might be handled cautiously, given his health issues. Work him in gradually.

You've been throwing out takes like this for about 2 weeks now. You were certain that we were going to trade AJ to Pats

You having a meltdown or something?

If Sanders gets developed and proves to not be a distraction like teams seem to be worried about and has a big game or two when given a chance over the next two years or looks great in preseason then a QB desperate team will pounce.

How many damn WR do the Packers need? Must be worried about Christian Watson's knee.

Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Dontayvion Wicks, Mecole Hardman and now the two draft picks.

Only Reed was good. They needed others.

Is there anything to read into them listing Mukuba as "DB" instead of just "safety"?

I would have been excited with him in round 1.

At this point Ingram-Dawkins fills a larger need, but Stewart is my next choice with this pick.

OK, now it's getting to the point where it's disrespectful for all of the other QBs left in the draft. Sheduer isn't that much better than Milroe, McCord, Ewers and a few others in that mid-round range. Stop talking about just Shedeur Sanders. The QB class just isn't THAT good. At this point, you're drafting a backup QB. Just look at the media circus during the draft...do teams want to invite all of that with him as a backup?

You just know once he gets drafted, Deion and Shedeur are going to have an extra special damn the man attitude that will only get worse. No thank you.

Apparently Sanders doesn't have an agent...

What else could this moron do to completely tank himself?

Those are Wisconsin 8’s thank you very much

And to follow up, at this point in the draft, they often recap the 1st overall pick. I haven't heard a PEEP about Cam Ward. It's Sanders, Sanders, Sanders. Give Cam Ward some love.

I don’t think he’s very good though.

Yeah... Circus aside, what has he actually done? What does he bring to the table? I just don't see much upside. I'd rather roll the dice with Milroe.

Well, that’s why I said "when the drama wears off”. Sooner or later there will be teams in need of a quarterback (injuries etc) and if Sanders looks even half decent in pre-season, etc ..a team could bite.

That said, one thing is certain - there’s something going on behind the scenes that most of us aren’t privy to.

Fing dammit

damn you Rams

Damn, the Rams have a freaking nice front 7.

Love Josiah’s game. Great pick from the Rams
