Makes sense. Ideally they keep all three but Toth and at least two others have to go. Max number of OLs is eleven.

Probably, but some of these guys can sit on the PS pretty easily and wait there until needed.

Toth and Pryor sit at the top of that list. But, like I said, its easier now to do it than it used to be given the new PS rules.

Starting 5 & 3 backups dress: Kinnard (swing OT), Green/Keegan (Swing OG), Kendall (C)... Green/Keegan and the two tackles are deactivated but on the roster, with Pryor and maybe Toth on the PS waiting for the call up if needed for a week or two. And that's 11 rostered with extra depth stashed.

Now... all that said, we need to see if they are worth keeping around, OR if one of them could actually be ready to step up sooner rather than later. Ultimately, its a great problem to have. And we have the OL coach that I trust to figure it all out.

LOL @ Schefter for being such a liar.

Hope they set up near the rivers. GB was too polite. Looking forward to a crowd with attitude.

And a nose tackle would have a good shot as well

They've wasted spots on guys with no future here and gone in to games with just 52 on the roster. They can make it work.

Only having 52 on the roster for a game isn't that big of a deal. Only 46 dress, including any PS callups for that week, and you are limited in how many times a player can be called up. And each time you bring a player up to the roster, then cut him to put him back on the PS (Rather than a callup) he goes through waivers. So, if you aren't going to dress a guy from the PS that week, why add him to the roster? OR, if you are already calling a guy up but aren't planning to need him the following week anyway, why put him on the roster, rather than just using a PS callup for him?

Bucs signed the huge guy
