Looks like they were comfortable with Ringo and Jackson at CB.

I've seen a few posts without any mention of Ricks, is he no longer a CB with the Eagles?

Honestly surprised he’s still around. I think he’s running on nostalgia at this point.

Because he's a rolling ball of testosterone compared to most of the dweeb draftnik community

(And I like most of those guys, btw)

Took a nap after the Michigan OT pick, so missed the Eagles drafting Cam Williams out of Texas. Absolutely love that pick, he has textbook traits and measurables of what an Eagles developmental RT should look like.

Has a real chance of being the heir apparent to Lane.

Sean Taylors brother has to be an instant camp favorite.

Now that the draft is over I can say without spoiling it for anyone, I was wrong about one thing: this draft sucked. It lacked top end talent, and for all of the talk about there being depth it felt like most positions were picked over by late round 3/mid round 4. The entire production and hoopla surrounding the draft needs an overhaul as well. I remember when it was about the prospects and picks. It wasn't that long ago where they showed most of the picks even on day three and talked about the players. Day three is now talking about QB's, and only showing picks when they have an international fan of the year or girls flag football team to come out and plug some advertisements. Both networks needs to do better with their "own air talent" too. I appreciate what Mel Kiper did for the draft but it's been time for him to retire and if ESPN thinks Field FN Yates is his replacement God help us all. They should have gotten rid of Kiper and kept McShay. NFL network's coverage is so quiet and boring that it's like watching the NFL draft hosted by CSPAN. Lastly, GB absolutely sucked as a host city. ZERO juice, excitement, etc and there wasn't even anything aesthetically pleasing about it. I'm starting to think that the NFL draft as we knew it for long time fans has completely jumped the shark.

Rant over, mic dropped, holla if ya hear me.

A lot of depth/developmental picks for the coaches to work with.

They might need the Jordan Mailata treatment. Sit in roster spot 52 and 53... never dress for a game, but work their butts off extra each day... extra work with Stout on game days, etc. Maybe get a mystery injury suffered when walking across the locker room somewhere in the middle of December if they desperately need a roster spot to open up. But they need to work on their craft and IR won't allow that.

The new PS rules change everything about the way to build and use the roster. And a veteran can be stashed on the PS and be called up when needed. The question is... who is that guy?

They very well could keep the 2 rookie OTs and a rookie center. Keeping 10 OL isn't out of the question, and they can keep extra depth at another position stashed on the PS if they need to go thin there rather than keep them on the roster. The key for 10 OL with 2 being guys you hope never play is who the other backups are. They are what makes it work... or not.

I really wish the NFL had a designated spot or two on the practice squad where you paid them their full wages, they weren’t allowed to be activated to the 53 man roster, but they couldn’t be signed by other teams and didn’t go through waivers.

There are a lot of guys with talent and potential who just need a 2 year commitment and stability from a franchise to develop.

It only makes sense if they are not realistically going to play this season based on where they are in development. We did that with Mailata for obvious reasons, because he showed too much potential to expose on a PS, He just wasn't far enough along to provide "competent" depth.

I do wish the NFL would alter the rule some --- or just increase the actual roster size by 6-8 players if they really plan on going to an 18 game season.

If they're going with 18 games, I'd want increased roster size as you say and a 2nd bye week, especially if international games become more frequent.

Now that the draft is over, any argument against the Eagles having at top-three roster in the NFL?

How about scoring the Offseason Contest? I think I might be tied for first -- you were going to do a draft tiebreaker, and now I am ready for it!

From pre draft hype to, and the crowd goes mild.

They should send a gift basket to Sanders for the drama that no doubt brought in views

Mello Dotson to Raiders

DaQuan Felton to Giants
