I'm still asking that question. And why does anyone listen to him?

That's some scoot.

Even if he wasn't Sean Taylor's brother, he has a serious knack for creating turnovers.

Maybe as the NCAA stops developing talent as much they will add it to the CBA. Ultimately, it would essentially be another 2 roster spots and full salary so the NFLPA should be all about it. Operative word "should". They don't always support logical solutions for their membership.

Yeah, to me it’s a no brainer. Low cost players with potential secured for the owners and NFLPA gets more guys paying dues. Probably helps them carve out more long term careers too.

Maybe the owners wouldn’t like it because it’s another ~$1.5 million out of their pockets, but then they wouldn’t be forced to use it either.

Recording it and putting it online is beyond stupid

I think there will be a lawsuit. And there should be. This stuff needs to stop.

Eagles have not done well with UDFAs the last few years, maybe b/c agents steer players to weaker rosters?

That might explain why Howie wants those 6th and 7th rd picks, easy to get other teams to throw them into deals and allows you to target guys you'd struggle to sign.

have not seen Cobee Bryant sign yet. Or Thor Griffith.

Word on the street is Deion cut off a toe for each round Shedeur dropped.

They almost look they were coerced into making that selection. I've never seen a less enthusiastic coach/GM pairing about a draft pick. Unbelievable.

They didn't sign Flacco, give up assets for Pickett, and give up assets to trade up for a soon to be 25 year old Gabriel in the 3rd round if they actually wanted Sanders. It doesn't take much common sense to realize that Haslam made that pick.

Also, I hope to gosh the Eagles weren't actually going to take him and if so thanks to Haslam for helping them dodge that bullet. Sanders isn't that good and he certainly isn't good enough to put up with the sideshow and entitlement that comes with him and his scumbag old man.

yeah. one of my sleepers since last years draft, but he stayed in school and transferred.

I think I did finally see he took a camp invite somewhere. Not here unfortunately.

Like that he has return skills. Thought we needed more competition there.

Thought Avery and Adoree solved the returner issue personally.

IIRC, Howie dropped some future contact guys pretty quick last year. If they signed Gray, Hook and Brandon Johnson, I could see them dropping BG Sam and possibly Nickerson, for example.

Avery doesnt look very exciting there. solid but reno mahe-ish.

Jackson is 1 CB injury away from us not wanting him to do that job.

Honestly i thought that was a great answer…in a very kind way he said, ‘you all overvalued him. He’s going to come in and we expect him to compete and we think we got him right about where we wanted to.’

I get that the Eagles have shifted to taking the best players on their board and it has really turned the tide for their ability to draft and build a team the last few years. However, they had EIGHT day three picks and didn't draft a TE, nor did they sign one of the top undrafted guys. Howie didn't exactly give a Goedert return a ringing endorsement tonight. They must like GC and/or Bryant and/or Granson a lot more than fans do or they just feel like when you have AJ, Devonta, Saquon, and Dotson having stepped up in the playoffs that TE isn't important to their offense right now. The whole TE saga this off-season has been fascinating.

Man, Hinton had the nose bar. The mountain of a tackle from Rutgers with the neck roll, the TE has dreads. Who's stopping these guys.

Bugler had Williams as his #11 OT, Hinton as #14 and Pierce as #15.

We have 11 picks next year. Maybe there is a trade in the works for someone still on their rookie deal?

I honestly don’t know much about Avery, but from what i understand of the rule changes it should work out very well in his favor. But that might have been a giant fluff piece. Either way, competition back there is never a bad idea…I do not ever want to see DeJawn field a punt again.

It's going to be tough to make the team with all the competition, but between those three we should be able to get one useful player. All of them have intriguing tools to work with.

I feel like our entire reserves got gutted, so here’s to hoping for a gem.

Always possible but they can't count on that so if they don't think there will be a resolution with Goedert they have to know that the possibility of a GC/Bryant/Granson TE position is legit and something they are ok with. The longer today went without a TE I kept for them to trade for Mayer and it obviously never happened.

Him still being around is a legacy thing…he was the innovator of the draft hype and commercialization for the media. IDK that he’s ever truly had a good take, he’s just the original…and kept around for nostalgia (and i think so us die hard fans have another person to make fun of).

I am really hoping that we get @just relax to advise of his evaluations of Kendall, Hinton, Williams and Pierce.
