Yeah, I know there are other options. But I've been watching the ESPN broadcast for decades. I don't know if it's habit or just the familiarity of it, but I can't get myself to switch.

The issue with Milton Williams, and the reason to let someone else overpay him, is that it seems highly possible/likely that his success is due to playing next to Jalen Carter. And the best evidence o

However nobody is talking about how usually QBs go to Cleveland to die. They don't have a good track record of developing QBs and the organization itself isn't run particularly well. Both not good signs for Sanders.

It was brought up immediately after the pick. It hasn't been discussed that they already selected a qb too. 2 rookies and a very crowded room. He's in a tough spot.

Pain and suffering. Ambulance chasers will line up.

How long were Trent Cole’s arms?

Long enough to operate a bow and arrow.

I think it might be safe to assume to watch offensive skill position players this coming NCAA season. They loaded up on defense as of late. Going to need to bring the next round of skill in sooner than later.

Because there are idiots like me out there. I don’t follow college football at all but am an absolute NFL junkie. I watch every single minute of the draft that I possibly can.

So if I didn’t have this place, I need some loud, self assured talking head to tell me what to think.

😄 NFL Network is an option.

The WR complement is:

A.J. Brown

DeVonta Smith

Jahan Dotson

Johnny Wilson

Ainias Smith

Terrance Marshall

Danny Gray

Elijah Cooks

Wake Forest WR/PR Taylor Morin

The only three of these who are roster locks are Brown, Smith and Dotson.

I don't see Dotson as a lock.

Looking at the current O-Line complement:

We have the five starters plus Green and Keegan at guard, plus Pryor, Lamm, Toth and Kinnard at Tackle.

Today we added Kendall at Center/Guard and Hinton, Williams and Pierce at Tackle. Kendall almost surely makes the 53-man as the Center backup.

Toth and Kinnard and Pryor almost surely go to the Practice Squad. Keegan is a roster lock. That is seven on the roster and Green, Lamm, and the three rookie tackles.

The rookie Tackles need practice reps so they probably all three make the 53-man and one of Green and Lamm goes on IR … probably Lamm, since Green needs the full Stoutland U treatment just like the rookies do.

Kinnard is the most likely swing OT backup dressed on game days, IMO.

I have no problem with this draft.. I wanted a couple of different guys at certain positions but was ok with who they got in their places. I'm not the guy who runs the schemes so I would think they know better

than me what they want. Real happy with Campbell, Mukuba..preferered Watts there, Robinson , Mondon, Kendall and McCord. Don't know enough about MacWilliams, I prefer bigger CBs but speed kills and the OL guys will make it or break it a Stoutland U.

I will say Cameron Williams is a mountain of a man. So GO BIRDS!!

'Starters' on their last year in 2025...Reed Blankenship, Jordan Davis (if option isn't picked up), Nakobe Dean, Jahan Dotson, Dallas Goedert

Contributors/backups...Grant Calcaterra, Kenyon Green (if option isn't picked up), Adoree' Jackson, Braden Mann, Azeez Ojulari, Josh Uche

We are well positioned for the next couple seasons.

Right now, swing tackle is a sneaky concern of mine.

There was a lot of chatter yesterday about all the trading down. Below is a table showing pick count by team from the 5th and 6th rounds.

Notice the team right after the Eagles - the other "How do they get away with it?" team at the draft. Notice the teams at the bottom, where you'll find the who's who of poorly run franchises.

The Mac McWilliams pick makes me curious if they would take a swing at Asante Samuel Jr. Smaller guys with with good speed and coverage skills. Not sure how Vic tolerates poor tacklers though.

My way too early jersey # guesses (including some of the known FA additions and switches)

There are 16 numbers (way too many) that we know won't be worn. I'll argue this until the end of time that the Eagles have entirely too many retired numbers or numbers they won't assign to players. 16 numbers out of rotation is absurd.

Retired numbers- 5,15,20,40,44,60,70,92,99

Untouchable- 9,12,25,55,62,71,91

Bold numbers have been confirmed.

Pickett, Flacco, Gabriel and Sanders. Wouldn't surprise me if Flacco is the starter and Pickett the backup. Not sure if they keep 2 or 3 active on gameday or what their deal is. He might end up on the PS to start.

Was Booker starting during the 2022 championship game? Cause Carter has a blocked field goal, sack and 2 TFL in that game. Good luck bro rolleyes

With the crap ton of picks we have in next years draft which current players make the most sense to trade for?

Saw some stuff about Jalen Ramsey but wasn't he bad mouthing Vic after he left?

Michael Mayer still has to be an option.

Will me make a move for a big name Edge? Hendrickson/Parsons or medium names like Thibodeaux/Jermaine Johnson

Agree that retiring numbers is absurd and ridiculous. Honoring a player and his jersey in the rafters is great, but the number should still be available for use!

Dillon Gabriel really isn’t much good at all, so Sanders should be able to beat him out for a QB3 spot by the end of training camp and preseason. That’s only if he comes to camp with the proper attitude — which hasn’t been his M.O. to this point

I think Gabriel had more starts in college than Tom Brady did in the Pros
