I was just brought up that way. To think conservatively. Small government, everyone earns their way, etc. I liked that. I embraced that. Then I saw the real world as I got older and more mature, and more educated…and I saw how the real world has evolved.I still feel that I believe in some of those original core principles, but less so, admittedly.But even if my belief in those core principles had done nothing but strengthen over time, I still could not get behind an administration such as this.Seeing things a different way, despite the way you were brought up, is not a sign of weakness. I truly believe too many people feel that it is. I can still love my late father, even though he had some very different beliefs.I realize this rant has nothing to do about your particular post.
