  • Probably my first and only political post… I have voted for both Republicans and Democrats in presidential elections. I’d probably even guess that I’ve voted for more of the former than the latter.

we have one cuck bragging that at least trump didn't commit cannibalism as if that cancels out the little pedo issue, and another who is yelling out the top 25 BS excuses for trump on a top 40 radio station loop.

JFC, somebody find TEW or drag diehard back in here? this is sad even for the cucks.

Really? You're willing to rank those up there together? What kind of f***ed up point system are you working with over there? lol

You have in both cases a group of marginalized, desperate people that are looking to be made whole who are not only being ignored by government officials but basically told to stop whining because you can learn to code/the Dow is up.

Would it land better for you if I pulled a quote that fits that criteria said by a politician on the right?

I'm done. All I can come up with is some dude in the 70s took too much acid and banged their pet rock.

You could address any of it? The fraud? Requiring an ID to vote? Somehow now and outrage against ICE? Literally anything else you've been watching me intently over the last few days. Or just not and say you did i guess

No. On one hand you have sexual abuse victims and on the other hand you have people who lost their jobs. Dafuq is wrong with you?

I’m talking about a govt officials being tone deaf. It’s going to be pretty f’n hard to find other situations equal to this.  Your point there is a non starter.

Take the reverse as an example. You have a comment made to the coal miners being told they are going to be without a job because of renewables. Literally impossible to compare because, according to you, the situation has to be like for like.

Guess what. It doesn’t have to be like for like. Politicians suck on both sides, both sides. It’s ok to call them out for not listening and being dismissive even it’s on your side Paul.

Why is Trump's name mentions more than 900,000 times in the Epstein files?

So if your name is just mentioned then you are guilty? I'm not sure why I have to say this more times but do you really think the previous administration who tried everything in their power to put him behind bars and even kill him would let him walk if there was a shred of evidence to prove what you wish he was guilty of? Why didn't the last administration release the files? I know how much TDS does to you all but use that little noggin of yours.

It doesn't have to be "like for like". However, trying to equate what a politician said about someone's job loss to this disgusting situation is a bit...dare I say....tone deaf.

Your point is not lost on me. But at the same time, you make it impossible to make any type of comparisons.

What if I wanted to compare trumps Epstein cover up to watergate? You can’t compare wiretapping to what Epstein did!!!! See my point? You have to take the situation out of it when comparing gross politician behavior.

After my haircuts I find ear hairs that went undetected that are over an inch long.

Still a bad analogy due to the differences between the victims, but at least watergate involved the cover up of a crime.

You really can't though. We are witnessing one of the biggest US human trafficking cover ups.

With Mr Magoo as Attorney General? It took him over 2 years to start investigating an insurrection that was all on video.

I was born in the 60s into a Republican family. I was just brought up that way. To think conservatively. Small government, everyone earns their way, etc. I liked that. I embraced that. Then I saw the real world as I got older and more mature, and more educated…and I saw how the real world has evolved.

I still feel that I believe in some of those original core principles, but less so, admittedly.

But even if my belief in those core principles had done nothing but strengthen over time, I still could not get behind an administration such as this.

Seeing things a different way, despite the way you were brought up, is not a sign of weakness. I truly believe too many people feel that it is. I can still love my late father, even though he had some very different beliefs.

I realize this rant has nothing to do about your particular post. It’s just that this is what I think every time I read something similar to what you just wrote. It truly blows my mind that some right-leaning people can cling to just anything… and I mean anything…just for the sake of clinging. With no thought whatsoever to any moral compass.

There’s nothing wrong with trying to open your mind and actually look at the other side.. even if you do it in secret, just as a trial to yourself.

This crap is different… It’s bad. And you probably already know that it is.… You’re just ignoring it
