He will use his dementia as a defense but only in 2028 when his term is up. But I would still try him even while dead.

Next admin just needs to tear down every single thing he's built and be as public as possible about it. If he builds that arch, you implode it live on TV. You tear his name off of buildings, remove his portraits from the halls of the White House, etc. As for trying this admin, you go after Bondi, Lutnick, etc. Plenty there to prosecute (including for Epstein stuff). On top of that, you go after the Trump family for rampant corruption. Nothing in the SCOTUS case about trying the family of Presidents. The Trump boys particularly have exposed themselves.

Everyone knows they will be pardoned for their crimes… that’s why they are so brazenly and openly corrupt.
