What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

Good that we are defending it, because the team has made it abundantly clear that they aren't defending anything. New year, new team.

Not to be that guy but

It is generally recommended to avoid alcohol during meniscus tear recovery, especially in the initial stages. Alcohol can interfere with the healing process by impairing immune function, increasing inflammation, and potentially delaying tissue repair. Additionally, alcohol can interact negatively with pain medication and may cause dehydration, which can also hinder healing.

It's Coors light. It's basically water.

Especially since one day out of surgery he is likely on pain killers as well.

Tashan Reed: Carroll said Thomas Booker has a shot at pushing for a starting role with the #Raiders. We saw him working in with the starters again today.

Landon doesn't drink water. Coors Light is his water. Mountain spring water.

Genuinely glad for him.

Yeah as soon as I saw their DT depth chart, I knew it was possible. Booker can play.

Big if true!

This team is falling apart. They lose one joint practice and have to drown their sorrows in alcohol and pain killers. It sure sounds like they won't be able to handle the adversity of Saturdays preseason game. It now has become must win.

Let's hope they aren't all hungover.

PHLY recap:

Seems like Adoree is separating from Ringo. Ringo is getting fewer reps with the 1's now and he's taking reps with Ricks on the 2nd team. Fangio said he needed to rebound after the preseason game and so far it appears he hasn't.

Uche definitely Edge #3 right now.

Darius Cooper practicing with the 1's today as a WR, gunner, and returner. He's definitely making the team. Bo thinks he legitimately looks like a good NFL WR and not just good for an undrafted guy. Thinks he could be WR3 next year.

Andrew Mukuba has been getting beat consistently over the top by TEs. Fran thinks this will improve as he gets more comfortable, not necessarily a talent issue. EJ Smith is worried about his size and physicality.

A lot of dump offs today to RBs. At one point McKee had 4 in a row to Dillon. Hurts had some to Shipley and BVS. These were check downs on 11 on 11's, not specifically practicing these as drills.

My only criticism of McKee from the preseason game was the sacks he took, could have been avoided if he hit his check downs. I’m sure the coaches were on him

I’m meeting up with bacarty to fight him and his kid. Who’s with me?!

Running trick plays during joint practices seems kinda odd no?

FWIW, it was a double reverse rush for a 2pt conversion. Could have been something Nick/Vic asked for to get on tape to see how the D reacts or something the Browns wanted on the tape for the same reasoning. It wasn't some 50 yard flea flicker or anything crazy.
