What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

Broke Lurie must have used the autism money to afford it.

Wonder what the details are. We know Lurie is struggling financially.

You can't tell anything from this video. You can't even see his left knee. But, there's a HUGE difference between walking and playing football. He's still on my list of... let's see what happens when he's suited up. He'd be gravy. I'm not counting on him.

Sports injury TMZ reporting will always be the most baffling thing to me. If the team says he’s injured, then he’s injured. If the team says he’s fine, then he’s fine

Playing Doctor while studying cellphone footage frame by frame on Twitter isn’t any kind of injury update

TMZ baffles me in its totality.

Did Sirianni get paid?

A look at attempts over last three years. These are how may games Hurts or Allen attempted 30 and 35 or more passes.

Hurts:

Over 30 passes: 24

Over 35 passes: 13

Allen:

Over 30 passes: 34

Over 35 passes: 20

Hurts is very good at what this offense asks of him. But Allen is asked to do so much more in the passing game than Hurts.

Using rates as a comparative measure hides the overall impact.

He's a good cheerleader coach but what happens if the new OC sucks?

Then Steichen is back in 2026

Rumor is they had to make Nick take a pay cut

People have been wanting him back since he left. Starting to sound like one of those things people ask for that never happens

Lurie can’t afford to pay him.

Companies spend large amounts of money and time in identifying and cultivating leaders in their organizations. Leadership is a rarer quality that being a good salesperson, trader, analyst, or offensive coordinator. NFL history is littered with strong coordinators that flamed out when given the opportunity to be a head coach. The job is more than game planning and play calling. It's about getting a team of men to pursue a single goal, to understand and follow the path, and to support each other along the way. Nick is outstanding at that. Look at the videos the team puts out each week during the season. You hear Nick at meetings talk about toughness and work and details and connection. Then watch the post game conversations with the players - they use the exact same words. His messaging is still resonating with the players. They like his energy and aggressiveness. I'm glad he'll be around for a while longer.

Exactly - they should fire him now to avoid that situation.

Would rather have a HC that calls plays

Why?

Why?

Because the OC who is the playcaller is just a revolving door

Someone offhandedly joked awhile back about the Eagles proposing that players jumping into the stands should be a penalty. Y’know, just to spite the Packers and their Lambeau Leap thing.

Frankly at this point I would be disappointed if this doesn’t happen.

Needed that dose of good news about Sirianni after the terrible news about Douglas being back.
