I’m glad it didn’t get banned, but I would like to see a package of plays built around the push formation in short yardage situations. Pitches to Saquon, an end around to a speedy WR, deep shots down the field, someone leaking into the flat, etc. I think at times they’re too reliant on it and they’re taking bigger plays off the board.

What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

Actually much respect to the lions. They know they have to face it this year and eagles are biggest competition for a sb. tip of the cap to them

Dan Campbell isn't a wimp. But yeah, respect for him and the organization.

How'd you quote that? I thought I deleted it

I must have gotten it loaded on my machine before you could delete it. 🤷‍♂️

The Tush Push lives!

I hope we run it a record amount of times against the Packers. Go for 2 points after every TD with it

I'd bet the Seahawks didn't vote against it as well

Got the 4 mentioned: New England, jets, ravens, lions

Eagles.

3 teams i think definitely voted to keep it were colts, browns and cardinals. We have a lot of ties to those organizations.

Leaves 2 teams i don’t really know.

If the NFL knew how to tush push, maybe they wouldn’t have been 2 votes short of succeeding.

Yes, we can retract the proposal to ban them from the NFL now. 😆

They've done some fakes and other looks off it it a little, but I think Siri is prideful about it, like F it we're running it, try to stop it.

But I agree, this season would be good to run more fakes, ESPECIALLY since players are going to try to fake injuries, or pull a Luvu or other things. Imagine the defense goes all in and they toss to Saquon for an easy walk in TD.

Now I feel bad for pushing for their elimination from the league earlier today.

That first tush push during the season opener is going to get the biggest ovation when they line up for it.

The 2024 Eagles are the greatest team in the history of team sports. They blew out the Chiefs dynasty that no one else could stop 40-6. They scored the most points in playoff history. They won the NFC Championship and Super Bowl a combined 95-39. They were unbeatable after the bye week. And the league wants to ban a plan because the Eagles are so dominant at it.

Best team in history.

The amount of egg Goodell has on his face is extraordinary and amazing. He strong armed the health and safety committee into recommending it be banned, despite a complete lack of evidence. He got the competition committee to recommend banning it because his **** Rich McKay runs it. And then he threw everyone out of the room to try and do it in secret. And he still lost.

Time to resign Roger.

And they should fake it and throw deep

Not that coaches get a vote but Campbell seems old school enough I’d think he would be pro tush push

Vrabel and Campbell are football guys.

Hope Goodell gets a lot of boos at that opening game or I wonder if the coward dodges it.

The amount of scandals during his tenure is astounding. If the owners weren't making a ton of money then he'd be fired a long ago

Figuring out the 10 teams is interesting. I think for what you said and the lions also want to try and beat us with everything in are arsenal. Got the 5 kbrowns in NE, jets, lions, ravens and eagles. I tend to think browns, colts and cardinals cause we have strong connections to those organizations (front office and HCs).

Last two are intriguing. I could totally see tom Brady being for tush push. He seems to enjoy it when he calls games. And i believe the raiders would also love nothing more than to give an FU to the nfl and goodell. My guess the final two teams are two of raiders, Texans (i think demeco has sway with that organization and ties back to us), broncos (i think Payton is all for using whatever as he used hill in that way) and Tampa (don’t believe we’ve heard anything from them besides Bowles saying got to learn how to defend it but they whipped us good even with the tush push).

Whoever is running eagles twitter deserves a raise after today

About time the owners stood up to Goodell and the overweighted committee.
