What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

It's like Lurie, Howie, and Nick are all melding into the same caricature of a Philly fan and it's amazing.

The fact that Lurie just went on a belligerent, semi-conscious RnR-style rant and made an arse of himself is absolutely perfect.

F Goodell, that little weasel needs to be put in his place anyway. Troy Vincent even got some lol. F'ing awesome.

At some point these dudes may very well get a little too cocky and totally crash out, but this is quite literally why I became a diehard Eagles fan.

It's like the power of the two Lombardis has allowed the passion and dedication of the fan base to permeate into the front office.

That sounds too insane to be true so I just won’t believe it

That was a 28-3 tier choke right there.

Psychologically crushing if you are the Knicks.

Pacers will probably sweep.

Idk about that. Celtics blew 2 20 point leads back to back and still won 2 games in that series. But we get good memes from that game

Go back a year it’s even more amazing

By my count there have been 2,295 playoff games from the 1998 playoffs until tonight. 1,653 qualifying games would mean that 72% of NBA playoff games have a point spread of 7+ entering the final minute of play.

Not buying it.

Brunson is the ultimate choker. He's awful in the 4th quarter.

MSG is a lame home court advantage. Awful atmosphere.

Unless pacers also have it wrong. Maybe it’s supposed to be 702 not 1702

I had the weirdest dream last night where Lurie spoke at the owners meeting and compared the tush push to a teenage boy’s wet dream.

The dream was dry, you sickos.

Yup. And the fans have barely had time to get their plans together... there will be some great signs.

Will be tough to beat this sign.

From 9/2008 to 4/2009 I did a job in Hammond Indiana and Fort Wayne Indiana. This tweet is accurate.

F him - his style of basketball with the flopping and foul baiting is unwatchable. Him and guys like Trae Young are everything that's wrong with the NBA. I hope the Knicks get swept.

Siri: "If everyone could run it, they would! Try and stop it!" F yeah!

Howie: "I bleed for this city!" F yeah!

Lurie: "It's like a teenage boy's wet dream--" Uh, wait what?

Looks like the same girl who wanted Cooper to get into her Dejeans.

Jeff Lurie certainly ate his vitamins yesterday didn't he?

I can't help but be entertained at an Owner badly dragging the old boys club Commissioner and 2 Senior Execs in front of the league owners and teams execs. And just walking away telling them whatever they do, we're ok with it. Glorious.

Perhaps, the start of the end for Goodell. He won't like his gerrymandering not working and being belittled in public by an owner who usually keeps everything in house.

LOL

Not surprisingly it makes total sense to me.

Re Joe Douglas:

When he was here, our drafts were not good. We all used to argue about each pick after the fact....remember the "was this a Howie pick" or "was this a Joe Douglas pick" debates?

The drafts got a lot better after he left. But I think it's unfair to assume there is causality there. Aside from the QB debacle, which is not a decision or scouting he'll be tasked with here, he actually did a fine job assembling talent in NY. And, obviously, Howie values his perspective.

But one thing is for sure...they are all Howie picks now. He's obviously in charge.

The other point to consider is how Howie has both learned and grown in recent years. Douglas is capable of similar growth, and he and Howie both share that prior history. I can easily see them talking about why those past picks (and past processes) didn’t work.

Not entering final minute, but rather within the final minute.

Yea, I just don’t understand how a wet dream is some fantastic thing to brag about. They are completely involuntary, awkward and just gross considering the age.

You must not have enjoyed the movie Weird Science

IMG_9877.jpeg

Or as we know from 10 you don’t need to bee a teen to have a wet dream

IMG_9878.jpeg

And it is amazing how well washing machines deal with gross.

People were saying that before Douglas though

Also not all the picks even this year were universally celebrated. I think the 2nd or 3rd pick had a bunch of negative responses
