Lurie could have worded it differently but he's 100% correct

Being so successful with a play that it has to be banned because majority of the league can't stop it or copy it is pretty awesome

From 9/2008 to 4/2009 I did a job in Hammond Indiana and Fort Wayne Indiana. This tweet is accurate.

You "did a job." Since it wasn't just a couple of days I am assuming you were a stripper and not a hit man.

I'm a consultant so it's more like being a prostitute.

Not entering final minute, but rather within the final minute.

Good point. Still, not buying it.

Condolences to the Irsay family, but he really was one of the NFL's worst owners; easily on any top 5 list of worst, and his meddling in recent years has made the Colts approach laughing-stock tier of bad. One of his daughters would assumedly take control of the franchise, as Jim inherited the franchise from his father.

We'll see if the daughter restores any sense of stability to the Colts.

It looks like all the daughters will inherit part of the team, but there are tax considerations there that may cause some cashflow issues. That said, someone offered Irsay $1 billion for his classic guitar collection, so the family won't be short of assets to liquidate...

According to the Colts fans on Reddit the Daughter has been on the sideline regularly for a while, has attended all Owners meetings this year and was in the Colts draft room. They figure she can't be as bad as her dad was by the end.

They won't be cash strapped like Lurie is.

What was wrong with his wording. It was powerfully visceral.

No. I guess the issue will be if or when he last did a will. Not like Irsay was known for his stability or rational thought process.

The question though is what kind of dreams she has for the team.

Say what you will about Jim Irsay, but he took full advantage of the silver spoon he was bequeathed with by birth. Sex, drugs, rock ‘n roll and as a hobby, an NFL team to play with. What Baby Boomer child of the sixties and seventies dream life. (Apologies to his daughter and Amy Adams Strunk for Lurie’s comment. Oh wait, Troy, both have been in a football locker room (and probably a cheerleader locker room too) and heard worse. )

Should be the goal of every Eagles player during any locker room interview (NFLPA has that right) to slip "teenage boy wet dream” into the interview.

Jordan, how was singing in front of Chris Stapleton? "It was like a teenage boy’s wet dream.”

Coop, what was it like returning that pick six against the Chiefs? "It was like a teenage boy’s wet dream.”

Saquon, how was that 60+ yard TD? (Ever polite), "It was like an adolescent male’s nocturnal emission fantasy.”

NFL goes to fine the players and the NFLPA cites a lack of discipline against the owner for similar language (meanwhile, Lurie is laughing at the league office.)

True. Lurie has his 30 year old son working for free without even a job title.

Not appropriate for a professional setting IMO

Her first order of business should be moving them back to Baltimore.

Someone should notify the appropriate Philadelphia or Pennsylvania state department of labor. Isn't it illegal to expect someone to work without suitable compensation?

😉

Sometimes when I reload the page it turns into a blank page with a single tweet loaded in the corner. When I try to back out of this to a previous page it takes me to another page with a different single tweet. Is this a known issue?
