Say what you will about Jim Irsay, but he took full advantage of the silver spoon he was bequeathed with by birth. Sex, drugs, rock ‘n roll and as a hobby, an NFL team to play with. What Baby Boomer child of the sixties and seventies dream life. (Apologies to his daughter and Amy Adams Strunk for Lurie’s comment. Oh wait, Troy, both have been in a football locker room (and probably a cheerleader locker room too) and heard worse. )

Should be the goal of every Eagles player during any locker room interview (NFLPA has that right) to slip "teenage boy wet dream” into the interview.

Jordan, how was singing in front of Chris Stapleton? "It was like a teenage boy’s wet dream.”

Coop, what was it like returning that pick six against the Chiefs? "It was like a teenage boy’s wet dream.”

Saquon, how was that 60+ yard TD? (Ever polite), "It was like an adolescent male’s nocturnal emission fantasy.”

NFL goes to fine the players and the NFLPA cites a lack of discipline against the owner for similar language (meanwhile, Lurie is laughing at the league office.)

We can only dream.

Not appropriate for a professional setting IMO

How do you define appropriate?

Mae West in a wholly professional setting said, "Is that a pistol in your pocket, or are you just glad to see me?" Was that not appropriate?

Sometimes when I reload the page it turns into a blank page with a single tweet loaded in the corner. When I try to back out of this to a previous page it takes me to another page with a different single tweet. Is this a known issue?

It happens to me every single time on mobile but not desktop. I didn't say anything because I didn't know how to explain what was happening without sounding like some boomer lunatic.

To be fair RTK wasn't the only one making a joke. Not sure why he's getting singled out

Not singled out. Just responded to.

Someone should notify the appropriate Philadelphia or Pennsylvania state department of labor. Isn't it illegal to expect someone to work without suitable compensation?

😉

Child Labor Laws violation as well?

Are you on a phone? If you are … hold your fingertip on the back arrow on the left bottom of the screen and it will open a drop up menu. Then tap the screen name of the page rather than all the Twitter Embed listings.

They said he died peacefully in his sleep this afternoon. While I hope that is in fact the case, I find it highly unlikely.

I want to die in my sleep like my grandfather...not screaming and yelling like the passengers in his car!

Yea, I just don’t understand how a wet dream is some fantastic thing to brag about.

I had two last night and I'm unapologetically proud of that.

Everyone has hobbies and I just happen to be really good at mine, so why not take some credit?

But it's not that serious to keep going

You just know Siri is going to want to shove this down everyone's throat. I feel like Lurie/Howie will extend some control over Siri there and exercise caution.

No. The players love it. It saps their opponents’ will.

What is common for some is anything but common for others. Take the tush push for example.

Our American culture has deep roots in Puritanism. It make us much more uptight than average.

Vic Fangio’s Defensive Destroyers also sap their opponents’ will.
