So total cash to Huff is $26.3mm -- $17.25mm last year, $9.05mm this year. His cap number was $4.35mm last year, so we have $21.95mm in dead money for 2025 and 2026. I think that will be split roughly $5mm in 2025 and $17mm in 2026. Small 2025 savings of ~$2.4mm vs. his $7.4mm cap number. The $15mm of savings isn't possible.

Huff's cap number was $7.4mm. It's impossible to clear $15mm from this move. I think it's about $2.4mm.

I was a Huff fan when we signed him, so it will still be annoying to see him have success in SF after flopping here. Good dice roll for them since he had success with Saleh before.
