Still don't know what the pick is but at least we know now it is in 2026 and not 2027. That's 13 picks for 2026.

What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

Just say the pick. In what world can a team announce a trade and label it just as "a mid round pick”

Lol this trade is so weird….I’m just glad they finally announced it, was starting to worry that SF backed out

Not exactly an apples to apples comparison but interesting nonetheless.

We had the heir already on the team too

Howie must have Lynch and the reporters held hostage over this. I guess we will have to wait until the transaction wire.

Howie must be embarrassed as hell by the return.

Oh snap... we set the precedent for them to win!

Of course not... it was a lions to eagles comparison.

It is relative to his draft status. We paid like 5 1st and 2nd round picks to get him.

We did not get close to the expected return for such an investment, aside from butterfly effect stuff that got Foles and Hurts rings.

Carson was like 5 premium draft picks all busting at the exact same time

Yeah... that's not true at all.

It’s reminds me of when they called Reddick a conditional 2nd when everyone else said conditional 3rd. Howie seems way too hypersensitive to public opinion for a guy who likely has a job for life.

Maybe it's the 9ers?

Its hockey 101. "Lower body injury"

I'm guessing there are conditions on the pick

Nah. Howie wound have his balls on a silver platter if he could.

Knowing Howie it’s likely some bizarre conditional thing

"If he suits up for 14 games and plays in 11, he needs exactly 13 qb hits, no more or less, and then you owe us an additional 2027 7th that can upgrade to a 6th if more than 2 running backs from the University of Chattanooga declare before the March 3rd solstace”

It hasn’t been announced yet because they haven’t finished preparing to announce it

Ffs the Lions just can't catch a break

He just turned 29 and is one of the best centers in the game. It seems as though those injuries were the reasoning. Wow, major hit to the Lions and i'm not feeling bad for them.

They always announce trades even if it has conditions. They just call it a conditional 5th or whatever and then eventually the conditions are leaked.

The way I view it, 49ers don’t have much of a reason to put it out there. Even if it was just a 7th, that’s not much of a public brag for a guy as bad as Huff was last year. The higher the round it actually is the less of a reason they have to say what it is.

Meanwhile, Howie has the reasons to spin it in their favor without giving details. If it was something really good there’s no doubt he would be screaming it from the rooftops.

6th isn’t mid round. Probably a 5th that can turn into a 4th if he gets 10 sacks. Which would be a great return for such a waste of a roster spot.

Good deal. Not sure why it needed to be shrouded in secrecy.

A 5th that could become a 4th. Better than I was expecting which was a 6th that could become a 5th.

Wonder if Huff has one final F you in him and fails the physical….

I have to imagine the conditions are something absurd like Huff has to make all pro and 49ers reach the Super Bowl
