For the like 6 game a year he's healthy Alexander, DeJean, Mitchell would be the best CB group in the league. Seems highly unlikely though. Hopefully he doesn't go anywhere where he can hurt us (eg Rams)

I highly doubt they go after him. Just they have a connection to him with Parker. I think he’s still going to ask for more than what you want to pay your no. 2 and i think they want to see what ringo does in training camp and to start of the season.

What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

Imo if the eagles go after jaire (highly doubt) it’s cause fangio believes he needs an upgrade over ringo, Jackson and Eli ricks

Agreed.

Jaire Alexander, Rasul Douglas, Stephon Gilmore, Mike Hinton and Asante Samuel Jr all available in free agency. Jalen Ramsey demanding a trade. I know none of those guys are stars at this stage (nor do I see a great fit for Fangio really) but seems like more than the usual amount of CB depth available this time of year. Interesting at least.

And I'd rather see what Kelee Ringo has before making any moves. Year 3, now's the time despite still young.

This was too good to resist, even if the green was wrong.

That first clip and ive seen it many times is Rookie Larry Allen out at OT getting totally abused by Reggie.💪

@just relax I noted that the first open OTA, many of the OL were seen on opposite sides from where they traditionally played. For example, Pryor as LG. I presume that is Stout seeing who can swing. First team RT with Lane sitting, was Kinnard. Given Lamm coming off back surgery and Hinton, Williams and Pierce being so green, I wonder if Kinnard is the swing T back up to start the season.

Interesting bit that Kempski does doing a deep dive NFL comparison for all the draft picks. There are links for all the players he's done so far in the article itself.

TL;DR

Jihaad Campbell: Ryan Shazier

Cameron Williams: Jawaan Taylor

Andrew Mukuba: Jimmie Ward

Kyle McCord: Sam Darnold

The US National tournament was in my neck of the woods twice (in 2012 and 2014, Looked it up to confirm)... I went to as many matches as I could. It was awesome to see up close, and hear the teams interacting. And, they were extremely personable when they weren't playing. I was having dinner with my dad between the afternoon and evening matches, and a few of the curlers were in the arena's little grill restaurant. We were the only ones there. And out of nowhere, they wave us over and we just sit and have a drink with them while they give us a few of the finer points to the game... answered all our questions with no judgement. Just a bunch of great people.

Maybe we can get AJ to pick up Jaire at the airport?

If making a move at CB why not go for Ramsey? Still a very productive CB against run and pass. Think they would have an out in his contract at the end of the year and could get a comp pick for him.

  1. He has already thrown shade at Vic Fangio and not liking playing for him

  2. He would cost picks to trade for

  3. He’s expensive. And if there’s an out then he is ineligible for a comp pick.

I'm sure you're right about what Stout is doing. It's particularly important for the backups to have position versatility since we won't dress 10 guys on game day. As for Kinnard, the Chiefs did not three-peat but Kinnard did.

Here is a prop question for everyone just for grins.

How many of Alexander and Simmons do the Eagles end up signing zero? One? Or two?

So where is this franchise if Teddy Bridgewater didn't blow out his knee in 2016?

Not sure there is much difference. I could see Carson very possibly starting by the end of his rookie year so he had some experience going into 2017. If that were the case, I’m not sure his 2017 is all that much different.

He's terrible. Has been for years.

Well, it figures. After over a week on the lam, the pet zebra in Murfreesboro TN has been captured. Its name, just like my orange tabby, who shares both the name and proclivity for escape, is Ed. (Mine is named after a famous journalist whose quote adorns my signature, I suspect the zebra was named after a famous horse.).

Nada. Jackson is a better option than Alexander, who in unreliable due to health and Simmons is just not needed. Stay with the youth movement.

Because he hates Fangio, and frankly, is a diva who likely wouldn't do what's needed here for this defense to be its best.
