I remember there were reports early last year or late in 2023 that said Eagles were going to release a new Kelly Green for the 2024 season. Obviously that didn't happen sadly lol

This video explains why the 2023 Eagles Offense was so woeful in the collapse. It is well worth the watch.

What I would love to see is having Kollman assess the 2024 Eagles in terms of how they addressed the very real issues he brings up in the video.

The offense that year was so painful to watch. This does explain a lot. It's nice to watch this knowing that it got fixed and we won the SB.

Its scary to think about what could be for the upcoming season with Patullo here as OC and Moore gone.

I’m not sure why, but I’m not as concerned about the transition to Patullo that much. It’s probably because this team and QB has been there and done that. He’s also been here the whole time. He has seen what worked and what didn’t.

I do not expect him to be an ace play-caller right for the get-go…but neither do I think he’ll need to be. He will have to adapt like anyone else. But this offense knows its strengths and what to do…

No, it’s not. Brian Johnson is long gone. Moore was NOT the reason the offense was rejuvenated. Rather, it was the addition of Barkley and a corrected running game. Moore wanted to run his shisshist but the OL and Stout and Sirianni vetoed that. And unaddressed in that video was the huge improvement in the defense and what it meant to how the offense was called.

And, just to reiterate something I said over and over, we got a monster at right guard.”, now gone but we ran inside zone great last year because we had the two best run-blocking guards in the league.

The Bengals had a guy on their team back in the seventies or eighties who wanted to wear that but wasn’t allowed to. He was also the only player in history who ever got a perfect score on the Wonderlic test. Harvard grad, I believe.

Mamula has the second highest score of all time

I’m starting a new off-season series, best players by Jersey Number in NFL history

99: Aaron Donald

98: Robert Mathis

97: Bryant Young

96: Cortez Kennedy

95: Richard Dent

94: DeMarcus Ware

93: John Randle

92: Reggie White

91: Kevin Greene

90: Julius Peppers

I agree with your bottom line, but am really curious about how the percentages changed from 2023 to 2024.

And the best back to run through those holes.

98... Robert Mathis?! What about when Mike Ditka wore #98 for the Eagles?! angry

Nope. You can only consider what he did while wearing #98 which wasn’t much. His accomplishments when wearing #89 only count to number 89. Same thing with Reggie White and #91

He did it in Kelly Green! That's all that matters!!!!! 🙄

Damn, just read that Bryan Braman has some rare and aggressive cancer at age 38.

Someone made a thread on here with a link to the gofund me. From the sounds of it, Braman has sold his hime, car, everything. A lot of his care has not been covered by insurance.

Real American and Light Beer shows clearly that we are from different generations.

This sucks to see. Braman was one of those glue guys that you love to have on the team. Back when ST demons were glorfied for being heat seaking missles on KO teams.

I think the talent on offense would make up for any coaching issues like it has in the past. I wanted them to hire outside of the organization but I'm not worried
