Thanks for the clarification, even though it's in the title. Now, back to Interstellar and what I did like about the movie. You can't beat Hans Zimmer movie soundtracks. Well John Williams could probably argue with that. Anyway, this is incredible.

I probably have spent more time listening to Hans Zimmer's music than any other for the last decade. I have his entire discography. The Last Samurai is a super underrated soundtrack, might be my favorite of his, but it's close.

So wild to believe it's here already

A mega trade deal 😂. He’s gonna get paid and slide in performance or get hurt, just like all DAL better players do. The players DAL do not pay are the ones that go out and kill it with other teams.

The time to trade him was last offseason. Could’ve perhaps received 2 future 1sts (‘25 and ‘26 drafts). Then they could’ve traded one of their ‘25 1sts for a third 1st in ‘26…and use that ammo to target the best QB in that draft

DTR feels like a guy who will dominate preseason.

Looks like he isn't as out of bounds as people though. I'm not sure why the team has been working with the WH, though

I'm not going to talk politics but it's completely out of bounds. In fairness, it's probably better than bombing some poor people as a distraction from the Epstein Files.

Well, if they are talking to him about it then they involved him and get what they get IMO. He is known ro be a wildcard to say the least.

You mean this colossal absurdity? Yeh, I expect they will cut their losses and he will be a post June cut in ‘27. One can only hope.

I'm just looking forward to Jerry franchising him in 2028.

I thought this was a parody account for a good 5 minutes. Good lord those are ugly

Not to weigh in on the politics and how everyone feels about the person talking about it, but... while they are a privately owned company, they are asking for public money to fund a stadium for their privately owned company. $1.1B is the city's investment level, not to mention that they own the land where the stadium is being built. If Apple were asking for money to build a new factory, on land they don't own and aren't purchasing, the town where they are building the factory, if they put money in to the construction costs would absolutely have the right to have some say over what the name on the factory would be. So, maybe the Commanders could play in Redskins stadium.

But Apple, as well as other large companies, ask for investment (such as tax forgiveness) and even help procuring land (misusing imminent domain) all the time. You think any of those investments that Dave McCormick solicited don’t come with price tags to the localities and state? Stadium contributions get the public eye more but aren’t alone.

That's a bit of a stretch.

Ok. Then in those cases the locality also gets a say in the name of their investment. Investors have a vote... or should at least be given the right to give some input.

Yellow and black is the worst color scheme in the NFL.

Not ugly at all.

Solid analysis. That’s why I come back here. I always hold out hope and wish for the best but expect to have my Cowboy blue heart broken by year’s end.

This year I wouldn’t be upset if Dak gets hurt again and we get to see Milton or even Grier. It is what it is.

Curious to see what Jaydon Blue has. Ball security is/was a weak spot for him in the past.

It’ll be fun following the Longhorns again at least, that will keep me excited for football most weekends.

Dak had a pretty good regular season in 2023. Rebuild of the OL in progress. Decent draft. Better receiving corps. Lot depends on the defense rebounding for your team. All of the NFCE teams had decent offseasons. One has to wonder when age plays a factor for the commies and Dart < Daniel Jones at this point for the gints.

Your horns lost a lot of experience on the OL, which may have been the best in CFB last year. Arch needs to be a little quicker on the trigger this season.

Only Eagles player so far.

Pay no attention to the idiot, Sweat was #95.

Mailata received a vote for OPOTY and was 2nd team All Pro

Probably goes higher if it weren't for the injuries

Imminent domain sounds scary. The reality is the country has a long history of using eminent domain and handing the land to private businesses. Railway growth started in the 1830s in the US. In NC and other jurisdictions, private railway companies were explicitly given the right of eminent domain to establish railway lines. After the Supreme Court affirmed what some see as an expansion of the public use doctrine, a lot of jurisdictions have passed laws that limit use of eminent domain for a private business. Of course, those laws don't keep governments from giving big money to corporations usually in the form of tax incentives. Those tax incentives are significant. Apple got close to a billion dollars in tax incentives and infrastructure investment money to build a facility in NC.

I’m hoping for more truly dual threat QB play to hold opposing defenses from being too aggressive. He’s got the size and speed to be that guy, at least in college. Sark is going to need to dial back the two plus fakes on certain defensive sets. That got Ewers in trouble a few times even with a good OLine.

I love the way Sellers @ SC plays. He’s a baller too. Manning hasn’t done anything yet but he’s definitely got the tools. Great thing about Manning is he knows he’s not accomplished anything yet, even talked about it last week at SEC media days. Time will tell.
